I will say they pick up the phone on the first call so that is a plus. However, they charge you $99 to come out and give you an estimate and the $99 will not be a applied to the repair so I asked how much would it be per square foot of a repair so that someone can get an estimate of what you’re working with and they couldn’t even do that.
