Bought a new Aprilia Tuareg on Black Friday and had a great experience with Garret in Sales and the owner. No surprises, no problems everything went off without a hitch.

But service and parts are another story, service claimed to have done the Aprilia updated fuel mapping software but it was very obvious they did not. The bike ran poorly until I took it up to Next Ride in Largo to have it updated, then it ran properly.

Parts was in charge of getting my accessories, heated grips and quick shifter and sent the heated grips quickly to me. Getting the quick shifter was an absolute hassle, I called Jason every two weeks for 2 months and all I got was a bad attitude. Then finally, he fessed up and said it was never ordered and threw Garret in sales under the bus, blaming him for the part not being ordered. When the quick shifter finally shipped to me 90 miles away, instead of getting it the next day, it traveled north through Memphis TN and finally back down to south central Florida.prolonging the wait. Beware Jason is NOT a nice person.

Came in for a flat tire. Was treated as if I was buying a $30,000 bike. THIS is how businesses should be run. Good job Haus, you guys rock!

Very clean lots of bikes. Very relaxed sales people no pressure from any one to buy anything

Nous avons fait une belle balade jusqu'à Sarasota par la A41 (surtout évitez la A75) puis Longboat key et Anna Maria island. Tout ça avec un rewaco GT touring turbo dernière génération.

These guys working here are very nice and always willing to help you out and knows you by name when you come there. They do my work on my bike every year and if need be during the year as well. They have never let me down at all

Sales staff was incredibly bad, walked in front door and seen man and woman behind front desk. Walked around showroom then upper floor came back down and had to ask for help. Went to trade in made a counter offer and was not even taken back to sales manager. Not impressed.

Absolute nightmare place. From sales manager to mechanic was repeatedly lied to and misinformed. Was an absolutely horrendous experience. I would advise anyone looking for a bike to go as far away as possible from Haus of Trikes. They'll just screw you

Jason in the service department was great when I came in with lots of questions about changing out some tires on my Honda VTX1300. While I there I saw the new Royal Enfield Classic 350. I had to get it. Ron made it easy. Great staff

I want to let everyone know about the lemon they sold me and their horrible customer service. The best part is how they "fixed" my bike and returned it to me unrideable. Seemingly a great place, I bought the bike I had been looking for (Honda Rebel). Everyone was nice and welcoming. I had only ridden the bike 3 times, when I started it the 4th time, there was a clunking noise. Called them, always spoke with Andy, and he said they would take a look. I only had it for 2 weeks. I had to rent a truck to get it to them. Andy told me there were two parts that needed replacing and that they would "do right by me". Just to be fair, I did sign the contract As Is. As they kept mentioning to me later. 9 weeks, they kept my bike. 9 weeks. I had to be the one calling them for updates. They are great at false sincerity. I finally asked my fiance to step in because I felt a sense of gender discrimination. I wasn't getting answers and they started to get annoyed with my phone calls. After some short calls on our end, they finally said it was ready and they could deliver it to me. On my very first ride, that same day, the bike died on me twice while I was riding full speed on the road. The clunking was much worse. But when my fiance called, he was told by Andy, "that's just how they run". Garrett in sales told me they could maybe try and take the bike back, at a fraction of the cost and put that towards another bike. I won't buy another bike from them. But, again, the customer service. I've been waiting on Garrett and Andy to call me back for 12 days. I was completely taken advantage of, but lesson learned. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

A simple phone call was just a gantry of rudeness and zero respect for a possible customer by a female employee.

Fantastic experience working with Haus. Very nice people with zero sales pressure. They even had the bike delivered to South Naples/Lely Which made my first few miles on the bike stress-free. Highly recommend! Garrett, Kristi, and Glenn were all great.

Nice store but I just walked around this place up stairs and down and no one person ask if they can help me I’ll just wait till sun sports opens

Amazing place sales was kind and patient. Parts is good Jason and Andy make me feel like a friend. The mechanics seem like good fun guys I saw one mad chrome triceratops horns on his helmet and another one wrapped his in bubble wrap. You have to be confident in your work and knowledge to be that Goofy.

I took my bike in for some repairs that ended up snowballing a bit due to lack of maintenance on my end. Jason happily stepped me through the process, keeping me up to date on progress and options. The bike feels like brand new and I have a new go-to for that extra assistance with highly skilled and approachable staff.

My wife rented me a Harley Davidson Street Glide for my birthday. It was very affordable and customer service was fantastic. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. I will definitely be back.
