My maintenance was taken care of fast and efficient I never bother to call but I was in need of some fixing, they came out right away and fix the issues

LOVE my new apartment.
Mabis at the leasing office ha sido excellent making the move in really smooth, , explicando todo muy claro y pendiente a que tenga todos las informaciones necesarias, I like how she's listened to any concern.

The tour was very nice and informative. The staff was very welcoming. My leasing agent Naisha was amazing and very patient. Overall this is #1 on my list.

Great place to live, convenience of walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, 7-eleven, bars. Administration is friendly and responsive!

Awesome service all around with the new management. Mabis Garcia leasing agent has been attentive and super helpful through my move in process. You can tell it’s more than just a job to her. She actually cares! Definitely would recommend to any who looking for to move.

I helped my daughter to move in this apartment complex. The experience was good. Mabis was excellent. She walked an extra mile to make sure my daughter had what she was looking for and she helped thru the application process as well. Her apartment was clean and neat. It has been 2 weeks and we are happy with this place so far. This place is under new management/owner, very different from before in a positive way. Thank you Mabis! You are wonderful! ️

Mabis is great! Super sweet and straight forward about everything. She definitely knows her stuff and doesn’t hesitate to make sure you have a complete understanding before jumping in. She made my experience 100x better by just being great at her job. I’m excited to move in (as I’ve already viewed an apartment). Everything has been smooth sailing so far!

Mabis and Victoria are single handedly the best office staff I have ever experienced! I made a mistake prior to signing a lease and within a matter of hours they resolved the issue without any hassle to me at all! Apartment is updated and has a brand new feeling and atmosphere, I couldn't ask for any better all around! Looking forward to easy living knowing any issues are resolved immediately

Just signed on a brand new apartment here. Shout out to Mabis for being extremely helpful and making the application & move-in process easy and smooth! The property is recently renovated and has a gorgeous pool and lots of great amenities. 10/10!
