It was easy to shop in your store bc of the knowledge of your sales person. I explained what I was looking to purchase and she immediately showed me the item. All the people we encountered were super nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this store

Andy is an excellent salesman and respected my wishes to view less expensive furniture. He showed me several sets that were beautiful. However I found exactly what I was looking for at another retailer. I would still return some other time to look at additional furnishings.

Jordan was our representative.
She was and is a person of such understanding and a wealth of information. She's very patient as well and fun to work with too.
She is not a person that hovers over you as you enter the store. She introduced herself and offered to help on our terms. After looking about for what we would be interested in, Jordan was able to answer the most important and even the ridiculous of questions. She is professional and caring about us and our possible purchase.
She really knew every answer we needed.
She knew about financing available to us and helped with unfreezing my credit to secure the store's wonderful offer.
From delivery times to also process returned items if needed. We were able to split our order into 2 deliveries without paying 2 delivery fees.
Imagine one delivery fee for all our items no matter how many trips they have to make:
Delivery X2, also any need for returns if made within 3 days of any delivered item if not needing anything from the order or if it just doesn't work in our home.
This company is Great!

We here in Port St. Lucie, love the havertys furniture selection. We bought a year ago and we bought again yesterday. We love their quality, their prices for that quality. And knowing that our favorite sales woman was there and is there. We're talking about Jordan. I'm also going to put in a plug for Peter, the manager of the store. Jordan was busy with customers and he helped us after she pointed us in the right direction. We made the purchase and sale and expect delivery part of our order on Saturday and the rest of the order as soon as it's available. Jordan is always there during before and after the sale to answer questions. Thank you, Havertys furniture!

Totally recommend! Matt & Carol have been so helpful from the beginning. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to work with. The fact that there’s a warehouse they can hold your order until you’re ready to have it delivered is excellent! Also, you have a 3 day grace period once your furniture is delivered! If for any reason you’re not satisfied you can return it and pick out something else!
