Lenny was helpful he was not overly pushy! He offered suggestions and gave us options. Very pleasant to work with. Would recommend Haverty if you are in the market for new furniture.

Very unhappy with the quality of the sectional we purchased. After a few years the color started to come off the leather. I purchased the extended warranty and they denied it.

I went back to Havertys and they contacted corporate. I got a call from corporate and they would not stand behind their product stating it was normal wear. NORMAL WEAR?

I looked up on the web to see why leather furniture would do that and what I read was that it was of low quality.

Please do yourself a favor and go to a different company. One that sells quality furniture and will stand behind their products.

Look at the pictures and see if you would be fine with this if it was yours.

We are a returning customer of Havertys (prior purchases in Atlanta stores), but the first time customer of Port Charlotte store. We like shopping at Havertys because of the wide selection and the approach and knowledge of the sales people. Without the knowledge of George Sankey about the piece we purchased, we would have left empty handed.

We have previously ordered with George and were extremely pleased with his knowledge of all the products offered at your Port Charlotte Store.

Brenda George assisted us when we entered the store. She was very helpful and we will be back to purchase the sofa that was on display in the store

This is our third fairly large furniture purchase from this same store over the past six years.

The personnel has been the same through all of them and that is saying something with the past few difficult years with Covid and a major hurricane.

We could t be more satisfied with a company!

$$$$$$$ insane prices for the same garbage anywhere else. This is not a get what you pay for kind of thing. If you shop here you are being ripped off.
