Words cannot describe how grateful my husband and I are for Hayes Brothers Funeral Home owners and staff. We loss our infant daughter unexpectedly and they were able step right in navigating us through this tragic event as if we were family. We have only resided in Florida for a short period of time and Mr. Maurice and Ms. Alice guided us through difficult decisions and made sure our baby girl Noire was taken care of from the moment she was placed in their care. Her memorial service was perfect just as we envisioned it. From the service, facilities, calling just to express sympathy, to the planning of the smallest detail, we are so appreciative for everything the Hayes Brothers family has done for us during the most difficult time in our lives from the bottom of our hearts. We miss Baby Noire bka Nori so so much but know she is resting in heaven and smiling down on us saying “well done”.

It is hard to lose a loved one and harder still to have to plan a funeral. The Hayes Brothers handled my grandfather's service in 2011. I lost my grandmother this year. In the depth of my grief and confusion with the whole process, the Hayes Brothers funeral home went above and beyond to aid me with her final arrangements. The patience & kindness that the staff has shown me in my grief is beyond measure. Mr. Maurice Hayes asked that I put my trust in him. I did, and the work done was so very beautiful.
