Haynes Brothers Furniture, New Smyrna Beach FL

This is hands down the best furniture store in the central FL area. The best store is the one in Ormond, because they have the largest selection. All of their stores are great, I am just partial to Ormond because they have worked with me so much. I find that unlike other stores they have both top of the line furniture as well as affordable furniture, not junk. Watch for sales they are the best, but any time you go there you will not be able to beat the prices, services and attention to your needs. This is a family run business and the family members are always very accessible and involved in the store. It makes all the difference, they want your business but are invested in the way business is done. Simply put they care, and that is rare in today’s business world.

Avoid this store. There are so many other better options out there. A problem developed with the back cushion in a chair. It was under warranty and took them almost 4 months to get the problem resolved. Then they said I had to pay for the inspection and the labor to replace the cushion. When they sell it to you they boast about the great warranty and then it doesn't cover the claim. I'm not a one and done kind of guy, I've spent almost $6000 with them. Now I'm just done. They will never get another penny from me.

I have lived in the Orlando/New Smyrna area for 31 years. Haynes Brothers, by far, exceeds all other furniture stores and that’s why they are still around. Excellent selection, quality and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Customer service is a joke. The chair I received is not good quality. The swivel on it makes you tilt forward and they seat is slanted. And I am told they could add more padding to the seat but the forward tilt is the way it is made. Funny, I have never had any other swivel recliner do that. And that took 8 weeks to get to that stage.
