They’ve gotten too busy for their own good. Bedside manner is great but follow up, follow through and results. Not so good.

I have been going to Dr Kerri for over 10 years and have always loved her service and the care she shows with my pets.this last time I took my new adapted cat in and they wanted a sample of her poop. Ok, took it in and never heard anything. I called to find out the results and the girl who answers the phone told me she has parasites but they don’t have the medicine to cure it. Said she would call me when they get it in. After a week I called back to see what was going on with the medicine, same girl told me they can’t get the medicine in but will contact me when they get a replacement.two weeks later I still haven’t heard back so called Country Oaks Vet! They said they have the medicine and don’t understand why Hayes wouldn’t have it.the people at Country Oakes are more caring about your pets and are on top of it. I always liked Dr Kerri but after this experience I won’t be back.

Great people. Dr Kerri n Vet Tech Jamie sat on floor with my ppitbull for 45 mins, twice, just to get my dog, Annie comfortable enuff just to b touched by strangers

A review from an owners heart. Don't go to hays Towne veterinary hospital because they do not care for your animals like they should. They should have helped in alot of ways with my animal. My animal had anxiety and stress and was in bad health. They never cared enough to help my animal and refused help. I never had to go through that before at a previous vet that cared about animals. From what I have gone through with my animal they didn't take the opportunity to care. You will be better off finding a different vet that really cares for your animals as a number one priority and attentive to your animals.

Requested appointment online almost 2 weeks ago with no reply. Called and left voice message for appointment with no reply. Called again and am told they can't give my dog her allergy shot till next week. The shot does NOT require a veternarian visit, it is simply an injection so now my dog gets to suffer another week. Ridiculous.

I took my dog to Hayes Towne last week. She’s deathly afraid of the Vet. The Dr and Vet Tech slowly calmed her as they got down on the floor by her slowly massaging her. Took quite awhile but they kept it up and she got her shots an not even a blink of her eye. She needed a muzzle as precaution then it was taken off she then came up to Dr and Tech still on the floor with her and she went up to both kisses the life out of them. What a great team there. I highly reccomend them as overly compassionate

Be careful: Called to ask how much it would be for a routine check up and shots, was given a price and scheduled an appt. The price "magically" tripled once there, and once we left over the next 4 days I saw my girl deteriorate. I asked if I could come in and see the vet and was told the next appt would be two weeks out, I explained that this was a "now" situation and asked for recommendations. The front desk told me they didn't have any suggestions for me and didn't know what I should do. I asked once again to speak to the vet and they said she was out of town but they would give me an appt in two weeks. My girl has never been sick like this and I could not believe how cold and uncaring the staff are. Dr. K is great, but her staff are both unhelpful and apparently have zero knowledge or are they willing to take the time to ask the vet for any help.

Tried scheduling a time for my cat they said they couldn't find him in the system if he was listed under another name in a live chat but b4 I could respond they ended the convo? Yall are not deaf friendly and it shows!

MY PUPPY WAS SCARED TO DEATH FIRST TIME TO THE VET. I ADMIT HE WAS BEIN MEAN THO. BUT HE WAS SCARED. HE A BABY. HE WAS GREETED W THE ASSISTANT PUTTING HER HAND IN HER SHIRT TO CoME AT HIM. WORST IDEA EVER YOU SHOULD HAVE LUVD ON HIM FIRST. THAN I WAS GIVEN DRUGS TO SEDATE HIM TO B SEEN IN THE FUTURE. HE IS NOT MEAN. SEEMED THE CARING WAS A PUT ON. SO NOW HE IS TRAUMATIZED AND WON'T SEE ANY VET NOW. NO IDEA NOW ️ GUESS I HOME DOC. TY HAYS TOWNE.

Staff is friendly. I bring cats here to be spayed or neutered for the trap and release program. Thanks for your help!

Had an emergency situation with my furbaby and was provided a next day appointment.
Everyone at the office was so helpful and comforting. I really appreciated that Dr. Kerri explained everything to me in great detail and took her time answering all my questions.
The office was very transparent with quoting prices and not once made me feel pressured.
My fur baby was relaxed and provided with so much love from start to end.
Vet tech Jamie definitely needs to be recognized, She is great at what she does!

Thank you for your hard work and dedication to help get ferral cats fixed. It helps our community in so many ways including the ecology. We need our native aminals and birds to thrive.

They fixed my cat Harley and they were so nice and caring. I love seeing all the stuff they do for the community on Facebook too. Super nice veg and staff. I’m going to be bringing my dog to get neutered soon. Can’t recommend them enough.

This is a horrible veterinarian. Behind their facility there's tons of stray cats and kittens. If they loved animals they would get those cats and kittens fix behind their facility instead of letting them multiply. Very sad.

Exemptional vet. But I have to budget and they do not have set prices on puppy shots. I didn't mind it with my cat because it was an emergency. I could have worked with a roundabout figure. It's my first puppy ever and I am 60 years old.

I have never met a more caring person than Dr Kerry. I brought my little dog there with tears rolling down my cheeks. The care that was provided was so wonderful. It was as if she was caring for her own dog. I have, and will continue to recommend her to anyone who needs a vet for their pet.

I had to let my 22 year old baby cross the "Rainbow Bridge" this morning, and the staff could not have been more kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend them@@@

The people here are friendly. They participate in community food drives and work with TnR folks
