Customer service is horrible, they try to close early and then didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there trying to order. They didn't have any menus and they don't have any signs that they only take cash. There was only 2 items left that I could order and the lady had an attitude that I actually ordered what they had left. They clearly don't want paying customers. There is no way that they will be open much longer, it looks like they only want to serve people they know.they will not get new customers with that attitude! I gave them 2 stars because the food was decent and hot but I won't be back.

This is pretty good home cooked Jamaican food, the patties were beautiful made, the coco bread was to die for and I mean that with all my heart. The coco bread were the best I’ve ever had. You guys need to check this restaurant out and also the prices are pretty reasonable.

Ms Hazel is awesome. The food is always great and can't beat the value for amount of food you get.

I am a picky eater so Jamaican food has to be goof, taste better or as good as my granny cooking for me to recommend it. Hazel Caribbean food taste good.

They catered my grandmothers repass and the food was delicious. The curry goat was the best. Thank you to the staff for welcoming our family in their establishment.

The food had good flavor but the chicken I was served was so dry, I couldn't finish my meal. I wish the food were fresher.

The Food here has stayed Consistently Delicious! I haven't eating in years bc I don't live close, but HunTee let me tell you! I picked my son up from his job on PB rd and took him here and we ate without speaking I swear this food is the Truth! We had the Jerk Chicken. Get extra sauce, the sweet stuff; It literally needs to be bottled! It taste like love love. The patties are yummy too. We had a regular patty and a spicy, just nom nom. Worth the trip!

Dirty and uncomfortable. Food was questionable. Had to wonder when was the last time it was inspected by health dept.

The prices listed on the online menu were completely wrong.everything was like $4 higher than expected. I came here for some real food that was fast and cheap, would not have come if I knew the accurate prices. Still the food was amazing so 4 stars.

Sad to say I drove a good while to get my Jamaican food only to drive back home and see hair in my curry goat, the food was fresh and delicious up until I saw that black hair in it I called and told the guy that was working the register and all he could say was ok. Not even an apology or how can we can fix it? ! Customer service is something that should really be changed in this restaurant. I noticed it the moment I walked it. Come on my people we have to do betta! We are the ones supporting your business, show us the respect and decency of having friendlier staff, wear hair nets when cooking/meal prep. I may visit again in the future and if things are better I will update my review.

They are horrible and they had me waiting for over 30 minutes for my food only to mess it up. I asked for a little bit of white rice and they gave me rice with beans in it. I don’t eat my food mixed like that and if you ask me nobody should. Anywho, the young boy at the register didn’t want to be there so he tried to give me the old food that was sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes. I asked for my money back. I will never eat there again.

Order a small chicken soup and lunch oxail. The soup was burnt, and didn't have even one piece of meat only. The oxtail still had fat on it and had no flavor. A complete waste of my $18.49.

Ordered oxtails - no taste at all! Very Bland! The rice was sticky. Very disappointed. Do not order the oxtails.

Service it horrible. The young lady with the noise ring and tattoos is not friendly. As soon I entered she said can I help you with an attitude. No smile and she was not wearing a mask. Just moved to Melbourne and the first bad nasty attitude person I ran into was a young Jamaican person who works there. Bad enough the kids did not have on any masks and were coughing everywhere.

I hadn't been there in a while because of the stench, yesterday's dinner from there was to salty. So disappointed! The customer service wasn't good either.

Don’t eat here! These people will sell you old food and not think about it! I ate two jerk chickens and got food poisoning from this place! The lady there that services you is rude. I got extremely deathly sick I couldn’t leave my bed!

The customer Service at this establishment is beyond poor. This is a small town, word travels fast. It’s unfortunate that people of Jamaican decent is known to be rude. When you have a business where you are providing a service, one must learn to be more humble and personable. I will not spend another dime here. Not because the food is nasty, but, because the service is disgusting.

Amazing food I got the jerk chicken with extra cabbage on the side and it was amazing.can someone please kiss the hands on the mama that makes this amazing food and tell her she's the best.
