Had a terrible experience with the office and their billing service, for 1 year they kept overcharging me for something that wasnt mine. I was between the 2 like a tennis ball with each side passing the responsibility to the next. The medical care received was not worth the time and frustration their office and billing service caused, resulting in hours and hours of my attempts to resolve it over the course of the year. Dont go to this office its a mess!

That passed away. She took her time gave me the meds I needed. I highly recommend seeing her. I felt very comfortable with her and would go back any time. That staff was friendly and it's a great place.

Laughably unprofessional and makes zero effort to communicate with the family when a patient is in the process of being admitted. You need to fire ALL of your staff and hire brand new people that care about their job. This is an utter disgrace that these people are the ones who are supposed to help with mental health related illnesses and they just make it WORSE. Impossible to contact via phone and when they do pick up they aren't even listening to you. Constantly make false promises to return a call later. It is ridiculous and sad.

Been seeing Dr. Blum for almost a year now. He's great, very supportive and understanding. Whomever answers the phone sounds like she's yelling. She's extremely rude! I don't appreciate that. I feel she not only has poor communication skills, but poor customer service. This has happened every time I'm on the phone with her. Very disrespectful!

Which means she was training (inexperience)
Spoke for about one hour to then have to speak to the actual doctor who then had to explain my whole story again. Basically the doctor wasn’t going to prescribe my anxiety medication as I been taking for years instead he wanted me to get 5 pills for a whole month of. 5 clonazepam. I live with anxiety and get severe panic attacks once a month and bad anxiety weekly. Why would I only need 5 pills for the whole month? How can I live a day to day life when I been taking 1 a day for 10 years. I understand it’s a controlled substance but then why would they prescribe it in the first place to someone with anxiety to then not be able to get my refill at the pharmacy.

After I told doctor I would go somewhere else which I didn’t pick this doctor my insurance chose it for me. But my experience was unprofessional and waste of my time.

When I left I overheard the doctor rudely speaking about my appointment with another person in his office. This doctor should loose his license for sharing private information.

Absolutely horrible at communication. Impossible to get in touch with. Sends my NECESSARY prescriptions late without fail. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr Vassal saved my life and changed me from a psychotic alcohol and drug abusing person. I've been seeing him for 3 years. Him and his staff really care about the well being of their patients. Thank you so much. I am so grateful for your expertise attention and proper treatment for my mental disorders and my recovery from addiction. You are YHE BEST! ️

My doctors are great! Kind, knowledgeable and they always allow the time we need. I never feel rushed. The staff is kind, proactive and accommodating when I have a particular need.

Articulate but not helpful and not somewhere I plan to spend time. To quit smoking Welbutran may be good Tried it for three days. It almost killed me. It is not for someone with severe diverticulosis. And with it can't sleep. Yes it helps cut smoking but the other affects are not worth it. Was referred to a group situation that meets many hours a week many days. A group like this is not for me.

Dr Neuhut is a great Dr that I recommend. After meeting him you can tell that he love his profession.

My mother an I have had over 15 different Psychiatrist over the past 35 years. After our first visit with Dr. Callahan my mother made the comment that she has never felt more comfortable with a Psychiatrist than with Dr. Callahan. My mother is a hard person to please and she sees things half empty, so her giving a compliment after the first visit says a lot. I noticed that the office staff is professional and personable which says another about the office. Our second visit my mom said she loved him which she has never said to a Psychiatrist before. He is thorough, confident, personable, and makes you feel he truly cares.

Doctor was phenomenal and I’m on a new lease on life The staff is kind BUT they’re quick to schedule follow ups on days and times without asking me. Also, the Healow process is a disaster. I haven’t had an appointment yet that works smoothly. I’m really fine just having an appointment on the phone- but it seems like the staff doesn’t like calling back or answering.

Need a depression medication prescription refilled immediately and was told I need to wait nearly 2 months to see a doctor before refilling.

Dr. Neuhut is awesome. Ive been seeing him for 6 years. He's always so easy to talk to. I love his demeanor.

The doctors are wonderful but the front desk submits my medication wrong every single time.
