I am trying to get a appointment with them but I’ve been on hold for along time because I was referred to you guys by my primary care doctor because my heart

DO NOT go to this HCA. No one will answer the phone and they just want to take your money. Tried for 4 hours to ask someone about my appointment, no answer at all. How can you run a practice like that. DR. Klein very rushed and does not seem to listen at all.order's test for no reason at all. They just want your money. That place is a complete waste of time and money.

My husband has been a patient of Dr Steinhoff for years and his nurse, Dina, is very friendly and helpful but it's very difficult to get anyone to answer our calls. We leave a message and get a call the next day, if we even get call back at all. He runs out of medicine that keeps him alive because of this. More staff is needed ASAP.

Heart & Vascular Institute's Justina Raimer, PA for Dr. Klein in Largo gets well-earned positive feedback. Since 2020, Ms. Raimer has occasionally handled my follow-up appointments for Dr. Klein. She consistently displays superb professionalism in a caring manner. Sincere dedication to job is quite apparent. As a physician's assistant she has greatly influenced the wellness I am experiencing today. Highly recommended!

The one star is for a month I have been leaving messages. I have been a patient for 10 years. I received a call about changing my appointment at that time and it was fine but for the last month all I get is voice-mail and no call back. I've always had excellent care so I don't know if they are closed which it doesn't seem like. I'll keep trying. Dr. Klein is a wonderful doctor as well as Dr Walsh.

This medical business has the best service and care anywhere I have found. One stands out as exemplary and she is Wynee (Winnie) the Office Clinical Nurse She was a help through everything I needed. God bless her for her heartful compassion and care. She made my life so much better and I appreciate her dedication and care.

Dr Walsh is the best. If only I could find doctors in other specialties who are as good as him.

Stress test was well done by my three med tech's, very helpful throughout the process, very knowledgeable, and very professional!

Had a good experience. Did not appreciate my appointment date being switched without my knowledge. Plus they ultimately rescheduled my appt to Dr. King day. Had to make appt on the 23th. Dr. Klien not available so I saw his asst. Justin who is very good.

I'm surprised there are not a lot more negative reviews regarding the fact that you can not reach anyone by phone. I have an upcoming appointment and I have questions. However, no one answers the phone nor do you receive a call back when leaving a message. I have been calling for a week and a half and have left 6 messages, I also called the other locations for assistance. I spoke to someone at one if the other locations and was told there wasn't much they could do but they would have their office manager reach out to the other office manager and someone would get back to me. NOPE, NADDA, NOTHING. This is absurd! How are you running a medical practice like this where your patients can't get any assistance and there is ZERO communication? You can't even return phone calls! I don't feel safe in your care and current patients shouldn't either. My best advice is to STAY AWAY from this medical practice if you value your health and safety.
