First off, your schedulers need to give the proper prep for the tests. When she called me to schedule my kidney ultrasound, & I asked if I needed to have a full bladder. Her response was, "Oh no. Just don't eat anything that makes you gassy 3 days prior to exam. " I even said that's weird. I've always had to have a full bladder. When they called to pre-register me, I asked about having a full bladder. She wasn't sure. But this person found out. They need to be ready for people that have full bladders to take them at their appointment time. Not make them wait.

The paperwork process is easier than previous years. They were on time, fast and efficient.

I left and continue to be in pain that my review of what you did and how did it and when you did it you would not want to hear. And I don't trust you and all that makes you, you, so that if I told you of my experience it would do ANY good.

The OR AREA people were great... Of course my doctor is great... But the nursing staff for days after my surgery were spectacular.
My husband practically lived in a MS hospital for years, and I rarely, RARELY, saw this level of care and great attitude.

Staff involved were extremely helpful and compassionate.

They were prompt and all.but very expensive.why is health care so expensive. I went in with chest pain thinking I was having a heart attack.when I get my bill I know I will be stressing to pay all that money and that itself will probably give me the big one.aka a heart attack.but real good people and and all.

Horrible treatment, I had surgery and not one nurse or doctor checked on me for over two hours. I had questions and never could get answers. If your in need of help skip this place and got to Gainesville.

Had a mammogram last week and it was a piece of cake. The wait was short and the procedure was less painful than I had remembered. It was a low-stress experience! Thank you, HCA!

Getting a cancer diagnosis and having to make major life decisions was not easy, but once I made the decisions that were best for me, I began my journey with Dr. Kedrowski and Dr. Kabeer. The admission process was very easy. The front desk greeter, Mr. Kip helped ease a lot a tension on the day of my surgery. As I went back to get ready for surgery, I was prayerful that everything would go well. I was prepped and ready to go into surgery, but I had to wait a little while. As I waited with my mother and sister, the nursing staff checked on me frequently. When I woke up from surgery, I was greeted by kind nursing staff. The room was fabulous and the staff was wonderful. I have never really liked hospital stays, but from the nurses on each shift all the way to food service staff, my stay was the best. Thank you for caring for me. I am thankful for the doctors who cared for me, especially the doctors who performed my procedures—Dr. Kabeer and Dr. Kedrowski. Each one of them has qualities that everyone should encounter such as kindness, compassion and the absolute best bedside manner. I left knowing that my entire care team did everything they could to ensure that I had the best level of care while in the hospital.

I ended up at another hospital after leaving this hospital because I was misdiagnosed or should I said they failed to see what was wrong. I ended up with a condition that they overloooked and my symptoms got worse

I am 73 years old and have visited many hospitals in my lifetime but HCA Florida Lake City Hospital far exceeds any of my other experiences before. From Kip who works the front desk and treats everyone like they are his family to the 2 men in the ER to the nurses who took care of me in pre-op. I am amazed!

I work here part time& have went here for care in the ER. I have the greatest teammates, PCT's, nurses, therapist, the teamwork is so great! I couldn't ask for more!

Well everyone was nice and I know they was busy but when I asked about my discharge papers I had to ask twice before I got them and that had them for a while.

Would like to thank the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness in assisting me during my stay. I would recommend your facility.

They were jam packed but got me out with an ex-ray, blood tests, and a twenty minute breathing treatment in less than 2 hours!

Bad experience. Michael in check in needs to be fired the way he treats people. Ask to be called concerning him but nobody seems to care about patients.
