HCA Florida Osceola Hospital

In this hospital the staff that is today is mediocre at least the one that has touched my mother the security guard is an arrogant of the worst unfriendly I do not see that he is trained to have much tact with patients and relatives Less for underage children. I think she is in the wrong chair. One of the nurses has tested my mother for the worst, even without my mother's authorization, and a doctor put his hand inside her gown to remove the cables that my mother had on. When she definitely has high blood pressure, the ER team at this hospital is disgusting, what a shame that people with poor health have to put up with this too. I hope that the administration of this hospital will teach her empathy classes and deal better with both patients and familiar to its employees, it clarified that I am a star ️ because it does not give me the option of not putting any but I give it a 0

The attention at the counter was fast and excellent. The nursing staff and Dr. Bencomo treated me with dedication, care and promptness. I congratulate you, and all the staff receive my eternal gratitude.

My husband was tranfer there for a surgery (pacemaker) first they give him a room without privacy, without shower, he cant take a bath for days, second the pct or nurse dont give or offer water to hiw fir days.the food was put on the table far from him after the surgery when he can move and nobody help him, and he atay without eat, because you call and they dont show up, we request in several times the case.manager and she never show up.and for last tjey discharg him, nad he dress alone when he was suppose to no move his hand at all, nobody help him or offer the help, the service was the worst that i see like nurse that im in all my life, and for end they call me hours later or discharge him, for tell me that i need to go back to pickup the paper.for his medication that ther forget to give me and they cant send to the pharmacy, i live q hr from there and with my job and my husband surgery i dont have the time for pick up that, i explain that to them, and i still waiting for them finf the way to send the medication to the pharmacy because he need them urgent.and we still waiting, the service is really bad.dont go to that hospital please, is the worst.

This review might be too much for some but for some might benefit.
I was having a miscarriage and this place saved my life! I was loosing so much blood and the OB doctors were on top of everything down to my post-op recovery RNs! After my surgery, the unit I was placed on, the RNs including the nurse leaders were great, always making sure I was feeling ok and making sure I was ok. I could not thank the staff and Doctors enough for assisting in my care

I was on vacation in Orlando and I began to feel very bad. I arrived at Osceola Hospital and they treated me very well, they tried to do the best for me, I am very grateful for your good care from both the doctors and the nurses.

On the 19th I had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital. There they attended me immediately. I spent 5 days hospitalized and I could not have had a better treatment. I felt loved, supported and at all times my health was the most important thing. I recommend the hospital 100%, it is a center full of excellent professionals and with first-class alternate staff. Congratulations to all

An absolutely horribly run hospital. The Doctors are the most non communitve I have ever seen. My 81 year old father was in AFib was there for 10 hours before a cardiologist came into his room. It was the most unorganized hospital I have ever seen. We constantly were told different things. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS HOSPITAL. THE DOCTORS ARE HORRIBLE!

The staff in oncology department were very professional, compassionate, attentive to my needs. I feel at ease and was very helpful when I needed them. I received an excellent care and truly I feel like a VIP. Thank you for all your dedication.

All the staff were wonderful.had no wait times for my tests it is very unsual for everything to go so smoothly at a hospital.thank you!

Pharmacy orders for veterans covered by their benefits must be ordered through the VA Pharmacy. Do not send prescriptions to an outsourced provider like CVS (CVS will not honor these orders) The doctors and the facility is not approved to place orders through any provider other than a VA pharmacy. Services were very good.

Go here, even if it means traveling from Disney. For medical anything. They care more than all others hospitals combined. Way to go HCA.

Physical therapy was great. But policy to extend my stay was not I still needed at least another 10 days to stand up on my own but they would not allow it. Now I am n nursing home instead of being able to go home. And not getting the therapy I need.

Everyone is so nice and professional. They make an unpleasant experience as good as can be. I have been there a few times and the staff is just incredible.

Our son has received excellent care & attention. The nurses, doctors, and Neurotrauma ICU team over the past 3 days have been exceptional. Very blessed for such care.

Not the plan I had in mind yet It was a good experience. Staff was very helpful and communicative! Given the situation
(emergency appendix removal and I am from West Palm Beach not Orlando) they treated me very good.

This is very sad that I have to put a star down for this hospital. People please keep a close eye on your loved ones that are in that hospital. I tried to but they moved my wife at 3AM. In the morning An in less than 12hrs I received a call from a doctor who said she was a stroke alert An they had to do CPR on her to get a pulse. She was brought into that hospital for Not Being able to breath. They didn’t treat the cause. Now she has a brain injury. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE An take this review extremely seriously it’s in your best interest. This is an add on from above my wife is alive An doing ok from no help from this hospital. People please take this review seriously. I’m not writing this for revenge I’m writing this so you will make the right choice for your loved ones.please leave a thumbs up if you read this or please leave a comment. The staff is helpful caring and considerate. My two sons accompanied me and they were to see me after I was prepped for surgery. While I was being prepped I realized that I didn’t want them to see me like that. They were not allowed to see me so thank you for giving them the opportunity to not see me like that.

Best birthing experience I’ve ever had. As a first time mom I was nervous as to what to expect but coming here made me feel so comfortable. Props to the whole 3rd floor because names aren’t needed they were all equally amazing and wonderful. My baby as of right now is in the nicu after giving birth on the 20th of June to a 34 weeker, they have been taking wonderful care of my son as they did me! Would 100% do it all over again!
