The facility was nice. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Dr. Hill was very good. Dr. Hill followed through with all the things he said. Home Health Care have come by & done the evaluations. And my leg wounds have been treated with the Una Boots.

Dr. Hill also called in my two prescriptions. The Dr.at Flagler in St. Augustine didn't. I have a much higher opinion of Dr. Hill then whoever was at Flagler.

I was quite happy with my care givers at Putnam C. M. C. ER.

I was admitted through the ER with a life- threatening event and was admitted the same day. Every department I encountered, every provider with whom I interacted (not just nurses and docs.) were extremely helpful and competent. The Cardiac Cath team is stellar, Dr Feibelman (Pulmonary) is the BEST and I can say without equivocation that they saved my life. I am an RN of 50 years and I have full confidence in this facility and its providers.

My visit during my colonoscopy was made into a good experience from the time I checked at the front door, to being taken back to the waiting room and back to prep for surgery. Everyone on staff that day was beyond excellent. I could not have asked for better care. Everyone was kind, considerate, talked and joked with the patients…all of which the not so fun exam a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the department for anyone with the need.

I went to hospital under advice of 2 different doctors, as I had been dealing with skin problems for 7 months, they wanted me to see infectious wound specialist, they gave me meds an doctor seem to think I was making mountain out of mole hills, and sent me home, with antibiotics an advice to see my primary doctor.

I live in Interlachen, so this is the closest hospital to me, but this hospital is literally THE WORST EVER and if I could give zero stars I would. Everytime I have been there (whether to support someone else or for myself) it has been a terrible experience. I hate this hospital so much. I recommend just going to Shands instead, even though it is much further away.

Well, I got the biggest laugh out of it. I was never in her hospital so somebody gave false identification and false information. They need to have security tighten up was on the phone with them and got hung up. I’m sure it was accidental but unless I’m on my deathbed I would not be at that hospital.

I was impressed with both the staff and process regarding my recent visit to the ER. Registration was quick and easy (kiosk), and patients were attended in an efficient and timely manner.

Most impressive was the actual attention received from Dr. Hill and the entire staff. From entry to exit those I interacted with were highly professional and adept at their individual responsibilities.

The checkin process was a nightmare. The person checking me in the financial office told me it was my responsibility to know how much I was going to have to pay. How the hell am I suppose to know how much the procedure cost? In my 39 yrs I have never had an office or hospital not call me with my out of pocket amount due! I have had multiple procedures done over the years and never had this situation. They were rude as hell and made me wait for an order they claimed the did not recieve, which was a lie! Besides the procedure was scheduled 2 weeks before if they were doing thier job they would have noticed there was not an order and requested it. Instead my 1 ‘o’clock appt turned in to 2: 30! The Doctor and staff and the radiology department were amazing. He was very informative. As a person who works in Healthcare myself I find it very sad and disheartening on how the healthcare system is run in this hospital. I definitely do not recommend this hospital. I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could!

Was here for a hysterectomy on 5/31/23. Was very hesitant about having my procedure done here given this hospitals past. Boy what a difference my nurses and Dr where absolutely amazing went above and beyond to take care of me bed side manner was on point kept my pain at a manageable level and took care of all my needs was pleasantly surprised bed side manner was on point.

Excellent care. Staff really cared about my issues. Very kind and professional people work here. A nurse put her hand on my shoulder and said relax, you will be fine. That was very comforting to me. No matter what someone tells you, AI robots will never replace the smile and gentle touch of a human nurse.

I came in for testing for veterans disability, everything went proficiently, friendly professional staff, only glitch was before the appt: I could log in, see my appointment date, but no time was on it. Had to call in to figure out what time my appointment was.

AWFUL CARE! WOMAN WORKING GLADS WINDOW AT ENTRANCE KEPT SLAMMING THE GLASS DOOR SHUT SHE NEARLY BROKE IT SEVERAL TIMES. She was also incredibly rude, disrespectful and was yelling at patients. The doctor that night had absolutely NO compassion or understanding for our situation as we just moved here from PA have no insurance for 90 days NO follow up care and pay cash for medications. We were treated like second hand lowlifes and I left after being there over 4 hours in severe pain sobbing and worse than when I came in. The doctor had the nerve to write in my record that I was "stable" when I left. It's very clear patients without insurance get second rate care. DESPICABLE

From the min I arrived I was immediately taken back. All the nurse's and Dr's were absolutely amazing! They made sure my pain was controlled, kept me informed, and (bless their hearts) handled my anxiety with such grace and understanding. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me.

I had a lot of fears coming to HCA Putnam from something that happened at this hospital 35 years ago. I have to say thank you my experience changed all views I had of this hospital. Everyone from pre registration to being sent home from surgery went above and beyond for my care. Everyone was FANTASTIC. Looking forward to coming back for the other eye

My doctors & nurse's were fantastic but when I get a call the day before my procedure saying that I have I have to pay upfront or they'll cancel it after I'd already confirmed that my insurance paid for it she then refused to contact my insurance she knows it's not covered so she'd cancel my appointment when it ment my life I had to tell her to stop I'd contact them I did & they covered it after that they'd never get more then 1 star.

Natalie did a great job processing our entry info. She is very personable and extremely competent. Delisa drew my bloodwork and was also very cheerful and friendly. She made it as pain free as possible. We got our results in record time.

Worst hospital ever! I came in with my face swollen from an abscess tooth that got infected. They prescribed me Aleve and told me to put orajel on the spot without any regards to me or my pain. I was in an out in no time because they didn’t want to hear my mouth about how much pain I remained in after being given Aleve. It’s a shame hospitals are no longer for the people. Stop using your power as a weapon against humanity. Do better.

I am a Hispanic American Citizen, my first language is Spanish language, without know the English language and some of the HCA employee without know Spanish language, I went treated very professional like patient, They are very professional in your employ zone, They have been working hard, always they have a good relación and courtesy to each patients, I wait change not this hospitality, the new CEO should continue improving with new employees talents, the CEO might improve more with bilingual resources and limited the interpreter services by phone if not in presence in the same HCA

Sin saber inglés, y algunos de ellos español fui tratado profesionalmente como paciente, bajo el stress como empleados de la salud siempre tienen un trato de cortesía, espero no cambien y ahora que entra un CEO nuevo deberá seguir mejorando lo mejor que están haciendo contratando empleados bilingües presentes en el hospital.
