HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital

The hospital staff have been very nice while my dads been here one person made a mistake but they corrected everything

Right now very infuriated. I left at 12: 30 pm with the understanding that the nurse didn't have to rush but I'd be back after running an errand. I returned about 1: 30 pm and still waiting in the covered area at main lobby and the patient still hasn't been discharged at 2: 26 pm. This is after having two guards call to get some one to bring him to main lobby. When I checked a third time i was told I would have to go to the room and get him. When I tried to do this the guard stopped me and said I would have to move the car. I called from the lobby phone and was told by the nurse that they had not run the discharge papers yet. She said it would be 15 more minutes.

My grandpa was recently admitted through the emergency department when his COVID symptoms became too much for him to handle at home. I cannot say enough nice things about the nurses and patient care techs who cared for him in the emergency room. My grandpa was only in the ER for a few hours before being transferred to a higher level care facility but in those few hours the staff at Raulerson Hospital made sure he had fresh water constantly, warm blankets constantly and they communicated every step of his care plan to him before making any final decisions. Overall the team at Raulerson did a great job making him comfortable. This hospital truly treats their patients like family. Thank you for all you do Raulerson team!

Our stay and experience with Raulerson was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. The nursing staff, the cleaning staff, dietary staff, and even engineering were spot on and more than happy to be able to help in any way! Just awesome!

Worst ever.its been 3 days and they haven't gotten my toddlers prescription to okeechobee, sent it to martin county keep saying they sent it to okeechobee cvs and no. Tried disscharging my 2 year old with someone else's paperwork. Nobody knows what they are doing. Came up here to talk to someone about trying to get his medication and sitting here for 30 mins hippa violations, my address is in okeechobee why send medication to stuart?

The staff at Raulerson Hospital are always caring and helpful. The nursing staff is compassionate and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend Raulerson hospital!

In the past couple days I had a couple medical issues pop up. And I would like to thank everyone involved in taking care of me in the emergency room.
Last night was a mixture of panic.blood sugar high and low and everyone assured me that I would be ok. I just want you to know that I am very thankful for your team.

Being a young woman finding herself in the ER alone is scary sometimes. I appreciate each and every person I encountered last night. Not one time was I made uncomfortable or talked to in a way that made me feel less than or stupid. I wish I could say that about every ER, but sadly the reality is most hospitals are designed now to make money and not prioritize patient care. I can not say the same about Raulerson. Thank you to every last one of you that made that experience slightly less painful and keep up the good work!

They are to jump to conclusions about what could be wrong instead of looking deeper at the problem. Or they call me 3 days later to tell me something else

I was there for two sperate tests scheduled by two different doctors. First the scheduling was a piece of cake and they were scheduled sequentially on the same day. Both of the specialists doing the testing new their jobs well and took care of my questions. The technician handling the check in, Destiny, performed yeoman service in clearing things up for me. All were polite, professional and efficient. I am a retired manager that was employed by a municipality and the customer service I received overall was outstanding.

Superb team of caring nurses, they explain on the current situation, the use of different tools within the room from phone to nurse call button. They say their goodbyes at end of shift change. Overall awesome staff.

Went last night for sharp ear pains, and they were quick to find exactly what was wrong and how to help me.

They seemed to be pretty full but they were still officiant and treated me with full respect, listened to everything I had to say and never tried to downplay my pain.

Everyone from the registrar to the nurse to the doctor was absolutely fantastic.

Gashed my leg and went to the ER for stitches.
Dr. Lenworth and CNP Harrison did a great job.
In and out quickly, received a Tetanus shot, and a prescription for an antibiotic.

IM GIVING 2 STARS BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT GENUINELY CARE ABOUT PATIENT AND OR REALLY DO THEIR JOBS. ALSO BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN SOME YEARS AGO SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE. I GREW UP IN OKEECHOBEE USING THIS HOSPITAL, IN 2016 I FELL 22FT ON CONCRETE AT WORK AND DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE AT THE TIME WENT HERE WITH 1 FOOT BROKE AND MOST OF OTHER FRACTURED THE PEOPLE WHO SEEN ME THEN TOOK AN X-rays of my feet and back. They insisted that my back was fine even though I was telling them something was really wrong and didn't feel right. They sent me out the door and I didn't find out my back had been fractured until recently just dealt with the pain and I'm still fixing to have to pay for the things they did which was the X rays which I couldve looked at my feet and told they were in bad shape they healed. It would have been nice for them to look more into my back at that time rather then pushing me through cause I had no insurance at the time. Guess that's why everyone in my hometown Okeechobee always called it a band aid hospital

Everyone was great warm helpful. The best technician from the lab. They were great. My nurses were so knowledgeable.

Literally the best hospital or even healthcare experience I've ever had. All of the nurses are well-informed, intelligent, communicate with each other on every aspect, incredibly thorough, amazingly caring and super kind. They cover all corners and are amazingly hard working. Cynthia, Channing, Mona, Claudia, Baylee, Christina and Beatriz are just a few of the phenomenal nurses that run the heck out of this hospital. Through the pain and misery, they helped push me through and literally nurse me to an even better health than I was when I thought I was healthy. From complex infusions and examinations to simple vitamin doses, they will do anything and everything in their power and then some while wearing a smile on their face to make sure you are taken care of and feel at home the entire time. The food is crazy good and healthy for a hospital and always is plated beautifully and the nutritionist makes sure you're well informed on what to look for in your dietary needs. I would literally fly here from out of state to seek medical treatment from this facility if I needed to. Housekeeping keeps the place spotless and sanitized thoroughly and are just as kind as everyone else. Even the security guard is super sweet and cares that you get the treatment you need. And the ER is quick to get you stabilized and treated, even saved a life right next to me!

Never in my life have I felt more confident and comfortable about being treated medically than the time I've spent here. Thank you HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital for taking care of me and letting me stay for a while in the wonderful atmosphere that you all come together to create. You all work very hard and deserve every smile I'm sure you get daily because I haven't stopped smiling since I've been here. God bless this family of medical professionals.
