HCA Florida Trinity Hospital Emergency Room reviews
18Prompt, excellent care. The recommendations and medication really helped my sore shoulder.
The ER people were very nice an professional. The problem was you had no GI doctor on call and I was transferred to another hospital.
My wife Evelyn had to go here recently and she was pleasantly surprised how professional and kind they all were. They got her right in and gave her an MRI to double check her with blood tests and found out the issue within 2 hours start to getting her results! Thankyou Trinity ER.
I was having an allergic reaction and couldn't breath very well. It took HOURS to be seen.
I received amazing care at HCA Trinity. The ER and ICU departments were quick, thorough and attentive to my care. I thank the nurses, staff and doctors for getting me back home as quickly and safely as possible.
This is my second time writing about the care in this hospital in the last month. I utilized the ER this time which I didn’t during our last visit. The staff was just as professional and caring as all of the staff when my husband was a patient. Although the diagnostics I was ordered did not happen as quickly as I wanted, I had to remember that there were many more patients both in the ER and the hospital to care for (and some probably at a more emergent situation). Although I was given a stretcher in the hallway, I was given as much attention as someone in a room. Anyone who walked by me was very friendly. I was right across from a hand sanitizing station and I was getting tired of hearing that sound. The staff cares about doing what they need to in order to keep infections down. Now that I utilized this area of the hospital, it completes the picture of a great facility that I am proud to call “my hospital”.
P. S. Being 71 years old, I don’t think I will be writing about experiences on the OB floor.
I would like to give a shout out to Terry and Will in Xray working the overnight shift. I was in a great deal of pain and they went out of their way to try to figure out how to position me with the least amount of pain. That kind of concern is the difference between an employee and a great employee. I am so appreciative of both of them.
DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. The provider I saw was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t bother to listen to my history and basically told me I was wasting his time and that everything I needed was over the counter. Not sure how he could come to this conclusion without even listening to my history. He sucked and shouldn’t be in healthcare. I was charged $1,800 FOR NOTHING. They literally did nothing other than take my vitals. Total joke of a healthcare facility, go to BayCare instead!
Deserves -5 stars.you could go here for a sprained ankle & never come out. This hospital is a death sentence! Do not bring your loved ones here! One of the worst hospitals EVER.
Everyone was so caring. I went right back to a room. Fixed me all up in no time. Thank you for all you do.
Emergency room service was swift and caring. I was admitted and especially grateful to nurse Anna in room 4171. And all the doctors and rechnicians who cared for me.
I snapped my tibia in half and the bone was displaced, moving around in my leg and causing excruciating pain. I went to Trinity ER, they did X rays… The PA came back and said it’s broken, go see an orthopedic doctor. I was never even shown the X rays, nor did an actual doctor come in to speak to me at any time.
They put this splint on my leg, just above where the break was, providing NO support for my broken bone, or the joint above it, leaving me in agonizing pain for days.
When I saw the orthopedic specialist, he said I never should’ve been sent home like this! Proper protocol is to admit and surgically repair the bone ASAP. To make matters worse, the splint did nothing, it should have been stabilized above the knee until surgery could be performed.
Thanks to Trinity ER, I spent an additional 6 days in excruciating pain, and damaged my bone further due to the constant movement inside my leg. I definitely won’t be going here again! They had no compassion handling with my broken leg, they were not gentle AT ALL during the X rays and splinting.
My doctor sent me to er for pressure on brain and sent me with a letter what she needed done and they didn't do any of it just sent me home
I was seen promptly. Staff are very qualified. Their diagnoses was correct. The medication they prescribed worked!
My favorite Hospital with the best food!
The nurses and their technicians were very attentive and caring. I'm not familiar with the doctors who cared for me but their orders were carried out properly and got me back to better health.
Thank You to everyone who cared for me, you're the greatest
My experience was that I was triaged quickly but when placed in room. It took forever to be seen by physician then once seen. They just couldn't get it together to get the process of getting me taken care of complete.
The physicians, nurses, all the staff were very kind, sympathetic. I would highly recommend the hospital to everyone.
Took too long and received no relief from my knee pain. Turns out I need a knee replacement and the pain was from severe swelling and bone on bone nerve pain.
