This place is great! Everyone is professional and pays good attention to detail. I had Izzy cut my hair and give a beard trim and she did a great job and was so friendly! Definitely is a place with coming back to

@tony_touch85 hooked my son up with some lightning bolts and a Mohawk fade! My son loved it - excellent work, highly recommend!

If I could, I would give it zero because that is the service I received zero. The store is mid-sized and holds quit a few people. However, there were only 2 barbers working with the manager in the back office. I asked if they did walk-in's and they said no. I mean that place could have up to at least 10 barbers but had only 2 working. So I got turned away. I hope the store continues to run with 2 people and drives the business OUT of Business. Oh and the one barber was rude about the mask. I just walked in and was about to put it on when he commented on it. This covid is going to kill many additional small business like this one. The business that survives and even thrives will be the ones that manage the covid crisis responsibly by balancing business and public health at the same time like most of Florida. Most hospitality and services business like this one are volume businesses. You can't make money with 2 barbers.

You cannot possibly have reasonable expectations that despite your highly skilled talented barbers, that being unprofessional confrontational and aggressively arrogant towards a walk-in customer who lives behind the establishment and sees everything (you might wanna realize just how that behaviour could warrant unnecessary conflicts after disrespectfully belittling a man simply trying to pay for your services) In fairness after seeing how much money would create a one time change in that policy $20 tip on top got me into the ONLY chair being used, then witnessed another walk-in get doorman checked like it was a restricted area and told pretty much no appointment get lost in so many words until my presence being witness to it had caused big boy to totally pull a 180 and hand the poor white collar man his business card and told him to wait a few minutes and he'd go ahead and see him immediately after my haircut forgetting to charge the $20 Walk-In surcharge that got me in the door. Considering the fact that it was a beyond perfect fade from an obviously talented hairstylist who may come to one day realize, your size and bullying is one day the cause of a computer networking Cisco certified CCNP who audits security policies and practices is quite capable of causing you and everything you do on your phones, website, PC, or 2in1 in your case has the comparable skills behind the keyboard as you may behind the clippers.
Talking down to anyone but especially at a place of business for a Walk-In who failed to read the posted rules and policies is not what I expected. Thinking further what is up with near hidden store front facing opposite of Causeway Blvd. Without being an apartment resident directly behind it, never would've known it was here unlike the PT Brain Injury Rehab, the multiple restaurants Irish and Oriental, even the gutted vacant space next to it is almost more noticeable and welcoming! Not even have i seen more than 3 customers in there at any given time or hour and that's at peak hours on Fri-Sun so talented as your employees are, their unbelievably overly sensitive response to walk ins is cause to wonder when any given employee shows up cuts one head at their specific appointment time and two heads at most in all of less than an hour then leaves or at least walks customer out giving impression of also going but suffice it to say that will eventually leave a bad taste in more than just my mouth and why charge people for masks when your lining up that face do you work around it or have them momentarily remove it hmmm. Headlines for sure front page all day.

The barbers are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job cutting hair.
It would probably make the customers feel a bit more comfortable if the barbers wore their mask properly. They're not covering their noses.
This is extremely important during these difficult times.

Long overdue for a haircut and just moved to the area. Searched online for a couple of days reading reviews and ended up coming to Kev at Headlines. Extremely happy with how everything turned out, he made sure everything was looking how I wanted it to. Also kev is nice, we were able to have a good conversation throughout the haircut. Will absolutely be coming back.

Duane is amazing! He treated my 13 year old son like a person, not just some kid. He asked questions to get to know my son and treated him with respect. I had to wait outside. When Duane was finished, I gave my son the cash plus tip to pay Duane. He came outside and thanked me. That showed some serious respect! Thank you Duane! We will for sure be back

I had the luxury of being cut by a talented barber named Kevin. He made that every detail was correct and each request was granted. If you go to this barbershop make sure to check out Kevin.

We moved back to Florida right as COVID19 shut everything down, so I've been long overdue for a haircut. Went online and saw the reviews were good and this shop is right outside of our neighborhood. Picked up a spot this morning and arrived as Duane was sanitizing the chair and his equipment. I'm still not used to the new norm with facemasks and everything, but it was nice to see that Headlines was going out of its way to ensure their guests are safe. Duane is awesome, took his time, asked questions to make sure I was happy with the cut (though, truth be told, he could've shaved my head and I would have been fine with it after two months of no haircut) and genuinely takes his craft serious. If you're looking for a place to get a great haircut in a laid back shop, look no further, these guys are awesome.
