16The staff were rude and when my party and I arrived the lines that we reserved were still on use and no one went to clean up so we had to do it ourselves, then when we ordered food no one tried to help us and we didn’t receive the order compleat when it was already paid for and when we went to ask for the item missing the cook was so rude and said that he didn’t had any order even when we showed him the ticket
Ordered the package with pizza, shoes, soda.
After 30 minutes I walked to the counter to ask where my pizza was. Young man behind the counter says he couldn’t find us, and that he left it on the table behind our lane. It had been siting out for 20 minutes. I decided not to complain.
5 minutes later I walk up and ask for napkins. The napkins dispensers were empty. After 3 minutes in the back he walks back out with another worker and says “we are out of napkins” …….
I then call after I leave, to speak with a manager. They transfer me to another line where I speak to a young woman. I tell her everything I said in this post.
Her response …… “ok”
I will never be back again
Bartenders were nice and good at their job as well as the gentleman at the arcade. I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. I see why they need robots. I feel like they make people lazy. And 50 dollars for one hour? We were able to get one game in and couldn’t even complete our second game with 3 people! You have a nice facility but not worth it for the price of a game.
Went here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and left within an hour because of the bad experience. We ordered a 2 hour package with a pizza. Our pizza came out without us even being notified - an employee set our pizza down at someone else’s table that was clearly not ours without saying anything to anyone, and it sat there for almost an hour getting ice cold before my boyfriend finally went to check the status of our food. Our pizza was never replaced with a fresh one, we weren’t offered any plates or napkins, and we couldn’t even get napkins because of the lack of service/attentiveness. Won’t be visiting here again.
Excellent experience. All the staff very friendly but what is most impressive is how clean it was. All the restrooms, tables were spotless. Also the food was great.
Every single staff member here is amazing. We felt like family the entire time we were here. Food was great too. If you are visiting please make sure to put this place on your list of places to go!
I go the Radio Road location once a week and ever since Dave the kitchen manager/chef left their food has gone downhill. Under “main event entrées” the Winners Basket states that there’s large hand breaded shrimp. Here is a photo of the shrimp. They were all this size. This is not large. It’s very small in size. The mushrooms are cut in half to make it look like you get a lot of them. It’s a rip off! The whole winners basket is terrible! Aside from their wings, everything else just sucks.
We bought the family fun package which included a pizza and a pitcher of coke. The lanes were in good shape and the folks working were very helpful. In spite of working on a holiday weekend, they all seemed to be in good spirit. Hats off to the waiter, Schneider Herard. He provided excellent service while being friendly and personable. I can't speak for the pizza that our kids ate, but the burgers were cooked just right. It was our first time at HeadPinz in Naples and we will be back.
I love how close it is to my house! It can fill up quickly especially on league nights but the food is good and it's cleaner than most bowling establishments!
Too crowded. Too many kids with NO BOWLING ETIQUETTE!
Plus the ball return didn't work very well.
If you want to actually bowl, go elsewhere. For some reason they feel the need to clump tons of people together on the same lanes when there are tons of empty lanes. Worst of all is any open bowling during non-work hours is glow bowl. The entire place is lit up with neons, you can't see the arrows or lane markings, and it is like this ALL WEEKEND LONG. Any other bowling alley I've ever been too keeps the glow bowl stuff in the VIP area or during late night bowling, but it is ALL WEEKEND LONG at the HeadPinz in Naples. If you work normal working hours and would like to practice your game or even bowl in a normal setting, go somewhere else because you won't be able to do it here. Some people still like to classic bowl. Keep the glow bowl stuff in the VIP section or for late night weekend bowling. Like most people, I work 8a-5p every weekday and I'm very disappointed that I have to drive out of town just to bowl in a normal setting.
Very family oriented. It was quite busy but the staff did a great job making sure we had everything we needed in spite of the group ordering 100 wing's and more. We were only a party of 2
This local has no CDC guidelines in place. Upon arrival we were told only VIP section was available. We clearly stated we will reserve 1 hour. A few minutes later another family arrives to share our table and adjacent lanes. No distance mean while All other lanes were empty. You would think management would Coordinate some distance with the hefty price on the VIP section. Management needs training, they were extremely rude when I brought it to their attention. The only good experience was Beca our waiter good server
Went for happy hour with my family and ordered wings and a few drinks. Food tasted great but the server was also bartending so he was not very attentive. Someone else ended up serving us and it was a great experience
We came to playing the bowl! And they gave us the line bowl with the problem! The balls dont came back after you playing it for 2 times! The host is so nice she trying to help! But i went to the counter the “spanish manager “inside the room look at us with her bad attitude! This is second times i saw her face not happy at all! We’re willing to pay to play! And not asking her for any refund or something! I hope the owner know it! You can easy to lose your customer with her bad attitude
I've had much better times here. The bussers hate their job and verbalize it freely there was one real snappy girl La'tharga I think her name was and Our "Host" bless her soul was never around; when I would look for her she would just be off chatting instead of taking care of our party. Stressed, unorganized staff seem to need more guidance. Lazer tag was a mess there was a whole fight (not our party) due to the fact that they can't figure out how to keep a schedule. Truly disappointing!
