Health Aid provides great service from a knowledgeable staff. Needed a prescribed medical device that CVS no longer supplies, and Lucy was a huge help in choosing the right one. She was very patient in explaining how to use it.

So I first contacted this company while living in GA and was getting ready to move / transition to FL. Instantly right off the bat, the staff did everything in their power to assist me and my family in a clutch moment of need. I needed a Hospital bed setup at our new home before my disabled sister arrived by ambulance. Not only did we work out a great rental price, but the bed was delivered and setup as promised on time. I can't remember all the names of persons involved but this was around Jan' 16th, 2021.

Even when it came time to pick up the bed everything was done in a timely and professional matter.

Here we are 18 months later. I called and used this company again to bring a new bed out to replace our old one and everything once again went as smooth as possible. All the staff was on point with insurance and any billing issues. Delivery was spot on. Had one issue with the bed down the line but, the company knew our situation and took extra pride into getting the issue resolved ASAP. The had it fixed and taken care of without disturbing my disabled sister and all was well.

Now Today 9/19/2022 - I called and made arrangements for the bed to be returned to the company and as always communication and coordination with everyone was spot on. A+ in my book.
Carlos the pickup technician was prompt on communicating with me to make all arrangements and even hung around a little to assist myself and the coordinating delivery driver of the new equipment to break down and install all the new stuff. Carlos was as professional as they come. I highly recommend anyone and everyone in the area and surrounding areas to give this place a call for all your medical equipment needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to the entire Staff, past & Present that was involved since day 1 of me acquiring your services. I appreciate you all. After My 85 yr.old Mother went through hip surgery, she needed help replacing a power cord to a lift chair she had put in storage a few years ago. JASON, from Health Aid Co. Was very helpful finding the replacement cord. It is so nice to find someone and the company with good customer service. GREAT JOB JASON AND THANK YOU.

Great place! Staff are all so friendly and smart. High level of customer service. Clean and organized. Bright and cheerful. Absolutely recommended.

I originally gave the company a 1 star after a bad experience with receiving a bedside commode for my mother. Soon after Josh called to rectify the situation. He explained their was some confusion regarding insurance information and was willing to do what was necessary to make things right. In a couple hours he personally delivered the commode to my home with a bag of goodies! Customer service could not have been better. Thank you.

This is where we get all our needed medical appliances. They have every items that you need or can order it for you. We were in yesterday to get a cane that my doctor ordered me to use. The young lady what waited on us was terrific. She showed us several and then adjusted one to see if I was comfortable walking with it.after several adjustments, I felt very comfortable walking with it. She also showed us several different items to place on the bottom of the cane to make it even more safe and easy to use. I have used the cane for two days now and feel very confident that I will not fall when using it.

First time I spoke to Jen we talked about what would be needed for a wheelchair. She seemed a bit annoyed at first but the more we talked the easier the conversation went.

Fast forward to a few days later (today) my doctor submitted a prescription for a wheelchair. Jen called me with the most annoyed tone I’ve ever heard. When I asked a couple questions she kept sighing as if speaking to me was a chore.

The company were unable to fulfill the the request via my insurance and I totally understand that. An already frustrating situation became more irritating with her sighing and pausing for a long time before answering. To the point that I had to say “hello? ” a couple times because I thought no one was on the line.

Josh stayed after hours to get my scooter, my sole source of transportation these days, rolling. You rock, dude!

Called about a charger and the technician wasn't available at the moment. I was promised someone would call me back with information and nobody ever did, poor service in my opinion

5 stars are not enough. Great customer service, knowledge and the variety of much-needed items for the little things that you can treat at home, especially in the middle of this pandemic where the ill patients require the emergency facilities to be available for them.

They kept the same and even better prices, not like others that doubled (+) the prices. The item that I needed was not available, and he was honest and not tried to push sale an item that was not going to help. I will definitely go back: I bought 2 items for friends that are first responders and they need a few more items.

Amazing experience! I recommend Health Aid to anyone I know! Stay safe.

5 stars is not enough for the excellent and personable customer service I received from the folks at Health Aid. I almost didn’t even want to write this review because it’s been my hidden gem during the COVID-19 pandemic but it is necessary.

Genevieve was so kind and willing to answer all my questions, help me find the products I was looking for and made helpful recommendations. They are offering convenient curbside pickup during the pandemic.

I was able to find much needed supplies at a great price. I was able to get a product for $8 that is almost $30 on Amazon. I am proud to be able to support a valued local business that has been in the Wellswood area for a long time.
