5Impossible to get through on the phone. I don't even know why they bother to publisher telephone number. You can't get anyone. There's no operator. You can't connect to any actual human being. It's absolutely useless.
The lady's that work in this office were very Pleasing to work with! HOWEVER the gentleman working in the front had a horrible attitude. Wouldn't recommend him.
Hung up on me disrespectfully when trying set an appointment because she couldn't understand my English?
Phone number directs me to sanford. No way of setting appointment or getting through to rep. Phone hangs up no matter which options I select.
Health is a major issue.
I was lied to about the prices and what I would be receiving.
3 different people told me 3 different tests none of which were congruent with what the other said. I ended up spending a hundred dollars and received nothing. Can't set up a follow up or new appointment.
This location only offers WIC (Women, infants, and children program) the main office in Sanford has other departments. Everything else close out here many years ago due to budget costs.
