I cannot thank Dr Julee and her professional staff enough for my well being. The treatments I have received have improved my health and my GP is happy with the improvement as well. It takes a woman to recognize and treat women issues. Masseuse Denise is wonderful as well. She puts me back together each time. I love they are all a part of my healthcare team!

Dr. Julee Miller is AWESOME! This has been my first experience with acupuncture. I'm trying this form of treatment due to a sciatica issue. The facility is beautiful, the staff is extremely pleasant & helpful & I'm looking forward to her continued care. I would highly recommend this facility!

These folks know what they are doing. I could not have asked for better care and service. I have MS and constant pins and needles pain in my legs and hands. Somehow Acupuncture relives the pain.

Dr Jullee is a true professional! She is very knowledgeable as when I explained my issue, she was very confident that she could help me.
After a month and a half of treatments, my tennis and golfers elbow is 90 percent better. I saw a elbow specialist prior to Dr Jullee who put a plastic cast on my arm that would need to be worn for approximately one year. After 4 1/2 months I decided to try accupucture. I am really glad I did.
The staff and masseuses are excellent and the exam rooms are kept very clean.

I came to this practice looking to treat a mild case of numbness and lack of sensation/mobility in one hand… I left VERY disappointed. First, they make you come to their office to get the price per session because they do not post it on their website and are not willing to give it over the phone either because: “the price is determined on a case by case basis", which sounds like a buy-in technique to make you go there and get invested because the other practices I called either post their prices online or tell you over the phone. Second, when I explained my symptoms, she barely spent any time explaining anything to me, was rushed, and quickly said I would need 20 sessions for $150 each one! Yes, 20 sessions! Third, she looked at my insurance coverage and mentioned “we also provide massages that I see are covered by your insurance, ” which made me feel the assessment of my situation was more determined on what my insurance covered than on what I really needed, which gave me a bad gut feeling, besides the $150 per session which seemed unreasonable pricey compared to the other practices in the area. To say the least, I went somewhere else down the road, with excellent credentials and license too, who charged almost half the price and solved the issue in only 6 sessions! (and all without making any preconceived determinations from the beginning on the amount of sessions I would need, as it should be). The numbness, loss of sensation, and mobility issues are all gone! I am glad I didn’t stay here and looked for another opinion and practice.

I have been trying to find relief for many health problems for years. I have tried just about every approach available in western medicine. Nothing was helping and I was frustrated. I was initially hesitant to try acupuncture because it seemed like such a simple thing, too simple to actually make a difference. After just four sessions, my sleep and digestion are better. I have better endurance phsyically and my joints are in significantly less pain. Menstruation is less painful. I didn't believe this would actually work, yet it did. The Staff at Health Pointe Jacksonville are lovely. They are friendly and accommodating. I am able to schedule my appointments after work so I don't have to take time off. The facility is clean and closely follows safety protocols for COVID. I highly recommend Health Pointe Jacksonville Acupuncture!

Normally I would not leave feedback if I had never been to a visit but this was in regards to a simple returned call for an inquiry. The individual I spoke with was in a clear rush to get off the phone with a "shoo away" vibe. I was asking about pricing which I was instructed was a $49 Consult fee, and cannot provide any additional pricing as I may not be a candidate for what I am seeking. I have never heard of that before! To pay $49 and then be told I am not eligible seems like you are just throwing away your money. So at this point I will not be moving forward after that call.

I have been going to Julee since February for lower back pain and fertility in preparation for IVF. I can’t say more wonderful things about health pointe acupuncture. All of the staff makes you feel so welcome and I always leave feeling very relaxed. Julee talks to you to target certain concerns and goals and acupuncture has benefited me in more ways than one! My sleep, anxiety, stress levels and back pain have improved since incorporating acupuncture and I can’t wait to see how my fertility journey plays out! At this point in my life, health has become even more important! I wanted to seek alternative ways in keeping good health ~ naturally! As with many women, I began to struggle with hormonal imbalances that were effecting me each day.
Dr. Julee Miller was very attentive while thoroughly listening to my concerns! After just a few treatments that included teas, herbs and Acupunture, the “rebalancing” has been remarkable! I have even noticed some other ailments not addressed yet, are gone!

Two thumbs up! I signed up for a massage in order to relieve some holiday and work stress. Not only were they able to get me in quickly, my experience was fluid and top-rate. It also was more affordable than one of the big franchises. Can't beat the quality and convenience. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Miller and the staff at Health Pointe Jacksonville are wonderful. The office is very professional and inviting with a lovely staff that is always friendly and accommodating. The scheduling is quite organized and I never have to wait. Dr. Julee has been a life saver in helping me deal with the dizziness of detoxing from a nasty medication given to me for fibromyalgia. We are also working on balancing my crazy menopause hormones and pretty much anything else that pops up such as seasonal allergies etc. I am sleeping much better and my hot flashes are virtually gone. I’m very pleased with my progress!

I went to Health Pointe Jacksonville for biweekly acupuncture sessions as recommended by her individualized treatment plan. After 7 weeks of treatments, we conceived and are expecting. I highly recommend Health Pointe Jacksonville for anyone interested in receiving acupuncture. They are the best.

I've been incredibly pleased with my experience with Dr. Julee and her team! I started seeing Dr. Julee in early January for infertility after trying to conceive for a year and a half and experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage at 10 weeks the previous fall. She asked me to give her three months (12 weeks) of treatments. Fortunately, thanks to Dr. Julee and her team, we were able to conceive naturally after 3 months - just as she had promised. I'm delighted to say that I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and I've had a happy and healthy pregnancy. Dr. Julee has felt like my advocate and partner throughout this entire process, and for that I'm most grateful. I highly recommend her!

I came to Health Pointe Jacksonville after years of Western Medicine failing to help my body heal. I was an emotional wreck. I told Julee that I no longer saw any light at the end of the tunnel. Everything was dark because of the 7 years of chronic pain. Julee LISTENED TO ME and decided on a treatment plan. I started with acupuncture and massage. Within 4 weeks I was feeling that we were making progress on areas that were acutely painful for so long. We added Thai yoga stretching and OMG what a wonderful pain releasing therapy! So, the incredibly painful neck and global headache went away. My knee is less painful. My all over body pain is MUCH better. Working on my feet now and are progressing WONDERFULLY.
