I love the very personal service you receive from this family ran smaller pharmacy. They feel like friends from the first day, available for questions and concerns which is very important when it comes to your medication and health. You just can’t get that personal touch from the larger ones. It’s convenient, no waits and they also offer free delivery. My whole family uses them now and are just as pleased. Shop local also means for pharmacies as well. I feel good about supporting a smaller family ran business and there is no comparison in service, Quality and convenience. Can’t say enough good things about them. I tried different large pharmacies and have always been disappointed with the wait times, many Errors and zero support when an error does arise.

I transferred my file from one of the huge pharmacies, that makes you wait in long lines, has no idea who you are or really even cares, to Health Pro. When I come in, they know who I am (diabetic, so they see me a lot) and they are always very friendly, quick and easy to deal with. I recommend them to anyone and it makes me feel better that I am supporting a local, small business versus a large multi-state organization.

My wife and I switched from one of the largest drugstore in the country to this neighborhood store, and so far in the few months that we have been using them we have no regrets.
It is nice to talk to the personnel of this store and being addressed by your first name instead of a number. They (pharmacist and assistants) are friendly and helpful, they offer free deliveries, automatic refill, contact your doctors if needed.
Believe me, I do not miss standing in line for 20 to 30 minutes every time we were picking up our prescriptions.
Changing to Health Pro Pharmacies was our best decision.

I have been with Health Pro Pharmacy for almost a year now. Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable pharmacist. I am done with the big chain pharmacies who could care less about you or your medication. I can get my refills during normal business hours in an expeditious manner. They have also delivered to my home, as a courtesy. I can not say enough great things about this gem of a pharmacy. The world needs more caring pharmacies such as this. My experience all the way around has been 100% positive.

Always very friendly and quick. I’ve rarely had an issue of them not having a medication in stock, and when they haven’t they would have it ordered and ready within a couple days. Plus free delivery to pretty much anywhere. 18/10 will recommend every time. I’m always looking to support local small businesses, and this is definitely a great one.

They deliver, but don’t let you know when the doctor has sent in the medication, or when it’s ready. Some medications also are not available there. Unorganized process

After recently moving to the Riverview area, we thought we would just transfer our life long CVS prescriptions to CVS locally. After bad customer service and no transfers and road blocks from the pharmacist. I found Health Pro Pharmacy and despite the fact they are not a 24/7 pharmacy. I find them very customer focused and willing to do what it takes to fulfill our prescriptions.

Ash is an amazing Pharmacist! He is courteous, very customer service oriented, and friendly. He always ensures medications are always in stock ahead of time and filled in a timley manner. He even calls when medications are ready for pickup (which my mother greatly appreciates) and she never has to worry about any issues at Healthpro Pharmacy.
