I am known as The Party Scientist and I get thousands of people dancing and singing together.

I had my custom hearing protection done here, but I lost a sound filter somehow. Because I live in Canada, I had to call a bunch of Canadian offices to try to replace the filters. No luck. I was frustrated!

Thankfully, I called this office (even though they're in Miami) and the CEO of HearAgainAmerica himself sorted it out before a big event I am hosting. This is a company that cares about its customers.

Unpleasant experience. The audiologist doesn't wear a mask and only wore one when I gave him the option of wearing one or I was leaving. He is not careful, he inserted an instrument in my ear without the disposable sleeve to protect the patient and when he was done with it he put it back in the same cluttered box he took it from, he never took the time to clean it, so I guess the next patient will have the same experience when they get examined. This man is pushy rude and does not deserve to be in business

David is an informed and knowledgeable representative and works with his clientele to provide excellence in options to improve their hearing. He is a personable and engaging hearing aid specialist, and can personally attest the the features and benefits of hearing aids to improve peoples' lives. I have used David's services several times since purchasing my first set of aids 5 years ago, and he has serviced them well, and I have just purchased my second, technologically improved pair. I look forward to continuing a rewarding professional relationship with David and the South Miami Hear Again Office for many years

I could not possibly be more satisfied with the service provided by Hear Again America in South Miami. Dave, the audiologist, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He allows plenty of time to work with his clients to ensure everything is working correctly with the hearing aids and that the customer leaves completely satisfied. Andrea handles the office duties and welcomes the clients. An incredibly friendly, upbeat, and efficient staff member, she goes out of her way to provide excellent assistance (e.g. Appointments, help with insurance issues, and such).
I would give this office six stars if that were possible. Highly recommended; you will be treated like family. Thank you Dave and Andrea!

Have been going to this South Miami location for over a year since my DORAL office closure. I go every 3 months for maintenance on my hearing aids. Andrea and David are very professional, appointments are on time, and I’m always asked if I have a problem with my hearing aid, which I don’t! I highly recommend this Office and it’s personnel.
