I want to share a note of gratitude. One of my backup in-canal hearing aids lost its extractor wire. While other folks were quoting $350-365 for servicing, Dr. Tim BOHL asked me to drop by his office, show his staff the problem, and he'd see what could be done. He asked if I were a veteran, I mentioned that I was a retired Marine, and he said that, IF it could be done, it would be of no expense to me. He rectified the issue, was thanked, and I compensated his efforts, much to his chagrin.

I have been putting off getting my hearing tested again since my test a year ago didn't go so well but I found this place and it is conveniently located so I made the appointment.
Ariel did the very detailed hearing test after getting some background info and examining my ears. Turns out I do have some mild hearing loss but I also.have severe tinnitus and we discussed how hearing aids will actually help my hearing and my tinnitus.
Ariel was very informative and so kind and professional. I completely trust her. Also There was never any pressure to make the decision at that moment.
My hearing aids will be coming in some time next week so I will come back to review how they are! I have faith that I will love them!
I also must add that Polly, the front desk receptionist is an absolute doll and made me comfortable from the moment we walked in the door.
I highly reccomend the place.

My wife and I both went to Hear Again to have our hearing tested. We were greeted by Polly at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with our visit as well as our insurance. I had my hearing tested with Aerial, who was knowledgeable and proficient. My wife had her hearing tested with Tim, who was also, knowledgeable and proficient. The most impressive thing about this establishment is their honesty. My hearing is borderline and I will be tested again in 6 months. My wife's hearing was fine. We appreciate their honesty and they were able to provide us with a copy of our results for our records. I would not hesitate to get hearing aids from them. While we were in the waiting room people were coming in and they were assisting them with their hearing aids and was very patient with the elderly people. Very impressed.

I had an issue with my left hearing aid. It was handled quickly. They sent it back to the Manufacturer who returned it in new condition again. Took about a week.
