Everyone was pleasant and patient when answering questions. They also asked me questions (often explaining why to help me understand) to determine the best product for me. No one pushed me into a purchase and explained how to proceed if and when I was ready to buy.

This was one of the businesses recommended by Starkey hearing aids to get service on my mom’s hearing aids. Karen Butler took a lot of time with my mom to evaluate and adjust her hearing aids. Above and beyond my expectation. Thank you Karen!

I was visiting my Mom in Florida and had a problem with my hearing aids. I called the office on Forest Hills Blvd in West Palm Beach and was given an appointment that day. Tim Bohl saved my life. He retubed my molds and was able to recalibrate my hearing aids. He was amazing, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I walked out hearing again.
