My first visit with Mr Galvin back in October was absolutely fantastic. I relocated to Palm Bay from Philadelphia and Mr Galvin took the time to listen to my previous experience with my hearing aids and then performed a hearing test. He adjusted my hearing aids accordingly and reprogrammed the aids to my telephone app

I had a follow up appointment today and my only issue was that I had problems with hearing well in crowded environments. Mr Galvin added a program to my hearing aids so that I could adjust them on my phone app whenever I need to.

The staff is also friendly. I’m so glad I’ve found Hear Better

I do not usually write a review but the experience I had with Hear Better was just so great I have to do this. Terry gave me several different hearing tests, and reprogrammed my hearing aids that I had purchased from another company a few years ago. He got them working perfect again. He took his time to educate me on cleaning and maintenance for a longer life of my hearing aids. I actually do Hear Better! I was received in the office with open arms. My file was processed very professionally. Mary and Terry Galvin tested my hearing very thoroughly and explained everything to me. I am quite pleased with the visit and will return for my next appointment.

I've had hearing aids for some several years now, but always there was something lacking in hearing sounds at times. That is untiil I went to HEAR BETTER, and had Terry work on my hearing aids. They are so much improved, that it's hard to understand that others can't seem to do the job. I NEVER knew that there was an alarm reminder when the batteries were low. But Terry took care of that and more. He and his wife Mary operate a personable and friendly office, and cater to the needs. Glad I am now with HEAR BETTER, INC.

Fantastic. The doctors and staff are very helpful. My hearing test was very thorough and Dr. Terry was very patient with explaining the results to me. I will definitely continue seeing him for my hearing needs!
