Heart of Florida OB GYN

I went through heart of florida with my third pregnancy and they told me that it's ok if I have my first appointment when I'm ten weeks. I ended up miscarrying. I am now pregnant again and called to make an appointment and they won't see me til april. This is ridiculous that pregnant women have to wait a whole month or so for an appointment. I told them about my miscarriage and they said well I can call someone else to get a sooner appointment.

This office is unprofessional. I called constantly to be taken care of and even left voicemails and no one got back to me.

I paid a copay in cash that they never put on my account, but told me i had a credit and let me use it twice. Now that I have a balance on my account and have tried to settle it but only coming in and paying with a check to have further proof that i’ve paid my copays, they do not want to schedule another appointment stating they should have never scheduled the first one that i had to cancel. Everyone makes a mistake but points it at the next person. When i try to speak to their billing department I get sent to a voice mail. Every visit has came with a rude employee.

This place is a joke. Everyone is rude. The Doctors aren’t any better. Literally dread going into this place.

This place cares about the health of the mother and child. They make sure you know what is going on. You can ask as many questions that you want. There aren’t any dumb questions. Me being the dad they keep me involved in conversation. They are very nice people. I would 100 percent recommend this obgyn.

I missed 2 appointments in which i did reschedule and this office has cancelled my next appointment and sont me a letter in the mail stating that they will no longer will provide medical care to me because i missed 2 appointments and because i could not drive to Davenport. I wouldnt want them to touch a dead baby let alone mine.

These people are completely unprofessional. The ladies at the front desks are very rude as well. I would give 0 stars.

I’ve been trying to call this place for 3 days now. Called several different numbers and NO ONE is answering the phone.

The blonde-haired woman who I saw for my ultrasound was very rude, not friendly at all, and had a terrible attitude.

Such a horrible experience. I don't recommend this place to nobody. Thats why this place have only two stars. They are very unprofessional.

I rate two stars only because my actual doctor was amazing and sweet. But the rest of the visit the girls at the desk are absolutely rude.they have no clue what their doing and they act like little children. Laughing and giggling it’s obviously just a paycheck to them! Absolutely just one big joke.

Not sure why it has such negative reviews had my first visit at the winter haven location today staff was so nice and helpful and the midwife on duty was very kind and answered all of my questions.the decor and tools used were a bit dated which is why i deducted a star

My pregnant wife has been trying to make an appointment here over and over, for almost a month, with no luck. They needed her records from TN where we moved from but since they got them we've gotten NOTHING but the run-around, they will never call us back, always have some excuse as to why they still can't schedule her an appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE, ESPECIALLY if they're a new patient trying to get an appointment. All I can say is GOOD LUCK.

I have used their services for the birth of 2 of my children. The midwives are knowledgeable and friendly.

If i can put negative stars i would. Horrible staff horrible comunication. Just plain horrible! Just save your time from this people.

I love this place and the staff! I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and Not once has anything gone wrong. The doctors are great and are great at listening. They made my pregnancy with my daughter and Twins the best ever! Thank you all so very much for loving your job how you do!

My apt was at 10 i did not get called back till 5min till 12 i was only there for blood work its not my normal office i was juat sent there for blood wprk onpy and the women at the front desk was rude and told me i had to do a frist apt check up for what ever reason seeings im 5 month's along and have been to the lake wales location they really need to sot down with there staff here and go over hOw things I was supposed to go because they act like they dont know how to do there job its ridiculous how the staff treats everyone i would npt come here if you could help it this is the worst place by far i have come

My doctor was Dr. Susie and when my daughter was delivered by Dr. Long she became my primary doctor from there on out. I have had nothing but good experiences with this doctors office. There are a few downsides to this office such as the wait time and the front desk workers are not very friendly. All of the nurses are wonderful and the two doctors I have seen were great. I have been to the Davenport office and it was a nightmare! Do not ever go to that office. The Winter Haven office is the best and they will make you feel completely comfortable and right at home. Unfortunately I moved and won't be using this doctors office anymore. I hope to find an office just as good. Standards have been set high with this one!

If it were possible to give this place a zero star that would better describe the services and the attitudes of this whole entire office! WORST PLACE EVER! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS AND PATIENTS NEEDS.

I have been dealing with HOF OB/GYN for 10 years, I have not had any issues. They took care of me with both of my pregnancies. Dr. Andah is the best I wouldn’t trade him for the world, he delivered both of my healthy girls!
