The audiologist was very helpful and courteous. I ordered hearing aids but then covid-19 happened. The office was closed and I ordered aids online that I'm very satisfied with. I received some calls while at work but always forgot to get back to them when I got home, my fault. Today I got a message telling me to return the hearing aids or they were sending this to collection. I NEVER received hearing aids from them because I never had a follow-up with the audiologist for a fitting. Explained this to the receptionist in a subsequent call and was told "ok, we'll list them as lost or stolen. " Good luck to you if you have to deal with this woman
The staff was courteous and very helpful. The technician went over all of my options, answered all of my questions, and explained everything I could expect in great detail.
Twice now, My wife or I have been into this establishment to pick up equipment. Staff at front desk are rude and cold. Bring back Florida medical.
Go to a different location! The Audiologist was terrific, helpful, caring and great communication skills. But Jennifer the receptionist was snippy and rude. Jennifer called on Thursday and left me a very curt message basically telling me to come get my hearing aid or kiss off. I called back within an hour (well before their closing time) got VM and left a message. Still have not heard back from them. They clearly act as if the customer is an inconvenience.
The doctor is awesome but the front desk person was awful! She sorely needs customer service and manners training. I really should have known by how short and rude she was when I called, but she was even worse in person. I will go to any other branch of HearUSA than this one. The previous office was wonderful, unfortunately they closed and sent clients here. Shame!
Tom and his staff made us feel very comfortable, and explained different options to better hearing. My husband is very satisfied with his new aids.
Really friendly staff. Dr Tom is really good at putting you at ease. Plan to spend about an hour if you schedule a test. Tricky location to get into and out of the parking lot. Very happy with all aspects of my testing and the doctor gave me a printout of the tests and thoroughly explained what they meant. Very professional and no high pressure sales pitch either!
