As a caregiver of my 88-year-old mother, I felt extremely listened to in our needs from the moment we called and made an appointment, during the exam, until after the exam.

Treating my mother with affection means having respect for the elders, and this is extremely important in this world that is already quite disrespectful to the elderly community. I went to Hearing USA Sheridan street just to learn about hearing aids. To my surprise they just lent me a set to try for a week - no sales pitch. I was sold. The hearing aides were wonderful and Jorge & Alice made the adjustment period easy and smooth, they were always there for me.
Growing old is not easy, but Hearing USA's Jorge and Alice make it a little bit simpler. Also having a Dunkin Donut across the street is not bad either.

I've taken my elderly Uncle here multiple times to get fitted for a new hearing aid, and he has a great experience everytime we go there. Dr. Jorge Rey is wonderful! A couple of weeks ago, I bought a brand new pair of hearing aids from HearUSA on Sheridan Avenue in Miami Beach.
The entire experience was fantastic! Dr. Jorge Rey the audiologist, and Alice at the reception are terrific! Very pleasant and extremely professional!
Dr. Rey is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail, and patiently. The diagnostic tests conducted were appropriate and thorough.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking to resolve their hearing problems! You will be in good hands!

I am a private nurse for a woman named Nancy for over 9 years. It came time that she needed hearing aids. Hear USA was close to her condo and excepted her insurance. Alice the receptionist from day one was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Jorge Rey Au. D Audiologist was extremely professional and friendly. Nancy needed to go back a few times because she couldn't remember how to work them. They were very courteous, patient and kind to her every time. I highly recommend this location. From the first appointment she made me very conformable and she explained in details all the process, caring about my concerns.
The following up and adjustments still continue with special care, expertise and understanding my needs.
Also Alicia is always reminding on time my appointments and help me to communicate with the hearing aide company.
I see that they are tending everybody very professionally and with care English and Spanish speaking clients.

I was little unsure of what i need to improved my ear, I went there by curiosity, because i already done that 3 times before 2 times in Mont Sinai in NEW YORK AND ONE TIME IN Kaiser hospital in CALIFORNIA both time i was disappointed, but this time with HearUSA that was totally different situation I got more then just Hearing aid, the Doctor Patricia & the staff were more then wonderful theirs do more then what theirs supposed to do theirs goes behind theirs duty to make me fell better, theirs answers all my questions theirs been very patient with me finally theirs make me fell home, I'm very grateful for theirs service, I fully recommend this location to anyone who like to be treated with respect and comprehension Now i can ear perfectly these HEARING AID are the best it is great improvement, THANK YOU HearUSA please keep staff like the one you have on SHARIDAN PLAZA in MIAMI BEACH
