Wonderful experience for my 95 yr old! The staff was cordial, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. The exam was thorough and all questions were answered!
But…. In person though…. Only voicemail messages recorded …. Without callback…. Ever…. Walk-in recommended!

Since my original post I did here from the corporate office. Nothing from my local office. My frustrations still continue and feel my conversation with the corporate were for naught.

Having purchased two times before I thought the third time would also be a satisfactory experience. WRONG! Almost two months after my purchase I am still waiting for my corrected ear molds. First, the original order was the wrong color. It is impossible to get in touch by phone. It has to go through a call center. The center is supposed to relay a message to the local office. I don't know if they do because the local office doesn't return calls! I have to go personally to the office to try to resolve the issues. Never again. I don't know if this office cares but they have lost me as a customer.
