I liked the fact that I wasn’t treated like just a number. The service was professional, and friendly as well. It was a nice personal touch. In my opinion that’s important and makes a big difference in customer service.

Luiz was very helpful in writing the quote, explaining all my questions and working to get our quote to our mortgage company in a timely manner. The cost was below my other 3 quotes for better coverage, especially if we bundle. Highly recommend.

State farm seems.to be changing th insurance industry. Getting so expensive and finding ways to increase you premium monthly. Apologies always with a smile, but lots of increases and apologies

Mr. Tindell in the Clermont office is very polite and professional. Although I wish my premium was lower he was very thorough in explaining all of the coverages and possible ways for increased savings.

Has screwed up my son's insurance so badly that the state suspended his license - even though he was told he was all set! They took my son's insurance payment from MY checking account a year ago. Can't seem to get things right. Go ANYWHERE else. My opinion
