10Very poor care from the nurse, lack of ethics and professionalism, mistreatment and reception staff
Very bad work by the nurse and the staff of this doctor, they do not treat the patients well, the truth is, they treat them very badly.
I give Dr. Hechavarria a five star. However when it comes down to the office staff EVERYONE is CLUELESS and 90% of the staff don't speak English. Regardless of what area you're in you should have staff that speak and communicate in ENGLISH. The front desk staff are rude and get upset when you ask questions they don't understand. I've been going to this doctor for over 23 years and when his wife was running the front area they had excellent customer service. I do not recommend if you are not a Spanish speaker. I am currently looking for another great OB/GYN.
The best gynecologist in Miami great human being hard to find these type of doctors anymore.
The work team is very good, especially Dr Hechavarria. The team of Medical Assistants provides excellent care and are very professional.
You should go to the appointment knowing that the waiting time is long and that pregnant women have priority. The quality of service makes it worth the wait.
Excellent Doctor in gynecology and obstetrics. It's been in my family for three generations! I recommend 100%. And best of all, it is teamwork, including his wife.

I had an 11am appointment been at this office since 10: 50am and it's now 1: 22pm and I still have not seen a doctor I wouldn't recommend this office for my DOG the wait is crazy some of the front desk staff speaks nothing but Spanish and rude because they don't understand English it's a must I find another OBGYN qith better service less wait time
