I been having issues with stoppages to the point where my tub and toilet wouldnt work and i been cringing on the cost. I have tried every kind of liquid and pebble style un clogger with no luck. Well i made a phone call and talk about customer service, JANICE was amazing she helped me get scheduled when there was no openings and the service was amazing. The items that caused my problems were found and now i have this monkey off my back and everything works properly!

Techs were not prepared when arrived. Took 2 hours because they had to go back to their office to get leak detector then charged my mom $300 to find a leak in 10 mins. And the owner then would not even speak to my mom about the techs charging her for the drive to the offices do back to her residence. He plainly stated that “she was trying to get something for nothing ”. Very unprofessional from start to finish! Also the customer service rep lied about pricing. ️

Not recommended. Hired them to unclog a toilet at my office because I wanted to support a local small business. They charge by the hour but don't disclose up front that it's a separate charge per person if there are two employees there. They spent half the time yelling on their phones, disturbing everyone in the entire office and not actually working. When they finally finished, they took twice as long and charged twice as much than anyone I've hired to unclog a toilet before. I tried calling the office twice to see if anything could be done about this outrageous bill or at least explain what was so difficult about this situation that took so long or cost so much with no response. I was still waiting for a call back when shortly after I receive a certified letter saying they are putting a lien on the building for non-payment and they also sent a copy to my landlord. Now my landlord thinks I don't pay my bills! Thanks a lot. I called and paid it over the phone to get it over with and expressed my frustration about what happened. The woman who took my payment seemed nice but still nothing was done and no call back. I will never use this business again.

I had told them the problem, when the plumber got there he verified the problem and tighted the valve that was leaking all within 45 seconds of pulling in the driveway. He said, that will be $150, and went to write up the receipt. I asked what we should do if it stays to leak again. He said we would have to change the valve. I asked why we shouldn't just change the valve now. He said, he didn't know if he had the part, but he checked and he had one. He changed the valve in about 10 minutes and charged me $35 additional for the part. AWESOME! My complaint is that he should have changed the valve without me asking. If I wasn't assertive I would have paid to have a 17 year old valve tightened. If he would have changed it without me asking him to do the obvious thing, I would have given five starts and would be a happy loyal customer. Instead I don't trust this company to be honest.
