We highly recommend this company for the amazing work they did on our remodel. These guys installed our new metal roof and it looks amazing. Kept us updated during the whole process.

This is the second project we’ve had installed by Heights Roofing. Both times they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with! Everything is finished as described and we have been extremely satisfied both times. When compared to other roofing companies in the area, you just can’t beat Heights!

We are really happy with our experience with Heights roofing! Everything was finished in a timely manner and with the highest quality around. We won’t hesitate to use them again in future projects and will recommend them to everyone we know! 10/10

We had a great experience. It was done well, quickly and any little hiccup was handled. Thank you

This is the third roof I have had done with Heights. The first was a very difficult replacement of a 100 year old clay tile roof that another roofing company started that I had to fire for incompetence. The second was a more simple metal roof replacement which was done perfectly in a timely manner. The last was a very unique copper roof. Again this was performed on time and done with impecable care. I would never use another company. Israel and his team are Grade AAA+

Wow these people actually think someone would sign a contract and drop money and wait up 220 days for the job to be done? That’s laughable

If I could give less that 1 star, I would. I highly recommend any other company for your roofing needs. I paid my deposit a year ago and am still without a finished roof. They seem professional but the work just doesn't get done. In all this time, I have never had a team of workers at the house for a full day or for an entire week. So here we are, 1 year later and now we are waiting for roof tile delivery that "they have no control over". No end in sight. If you need a new roof and a company you can count on, don't pick Heights.

Whoever was driving the little van on 3/1/19 at 5: 40 pm went the wrong way on a one way street after driving aggressively and honking at me constantly when there was heavy traffic. Whoever this person is needs to have their driver license revoked because they suck.

Here's what you need to know about Heights Roofing: when you sign a contract with Heights Roofing, you will pay them 1/3 of the contract price. They have up to 220 days to start the work and the start date is solely up to them. If you have a $15,000 contract, you are going to give them a $5,000 interest-free loan for up to 220 days. Once you sign that contract, they have you over the barrel with all kinds of penalties if you try to cancel.

I've upgraded my rating from one star to two because Heights is a miserable failure when it comes to keeping the customer informed. They missed their initial start date and never informed me. The missed their second start date and never informed me. When I called after the second miss, I got the run-around. After I told the receptionist that Heights had been in business for about 10 years, was not a fly-by-night roofing company and that they needed to treat their customers better, the receptionist said she would "see what [she] could do. " She then told me that Hector would call me on Wednesday, January 2 and hung up on me. Hector did not call. Fed up, I went to their office at 3: 30 p.m. On January 3,2019 and was told that they would start the next morning, January 4. They did. Their work is very good and they cleaned up after themselves very well. But they absolutely do not keep the customer in the loop and for that, I give them two stars.

If you want to be kept informed about start dates and other critical information, I would suggest that you consider another company. If you are O. K.with a roofing crew showing up unannounced to start work on your job, then Heights is your company.

I would also strongly suggest that you take the time to read their finely printed contract and if you disagree, take your business elsewhere.
