Helget Gas - Tampa

One of the most horrible companies I have ever run into. Because we closed our business in September of 2022. I called the local rep Scott on 9-16-2022 to cancel our account. He gave me a phone number to call at the main office which I did and told them to pick up their equipment. Since the the charged our account monthly despite several calls emails etc. Never sign up with them giving them a credit card. The credit card disputes are ongoing, now we have to start a fraud complaint and block this company at American express.

I've always been able to depend on Helget to get product to me on time. They even go out of their way to accommodate last minute requests. Great team! Awesome service!

Person who answers the phone has a very bad attitude and says that he does not rent without listening to what he is going to ask. Horrible! For a very bad communication Bussines.

Called all day on a Wednesday, no one is answering, call emergency line, no one call back. Bad business.
