Hello Credit Union, Panama City FL

The employee service is great. Whoever decided to sell to another company was greedy. And whoever decides CD Rates are being greedy. And the savings accounts are a joke.
I'm 67 years old and I've had an account since I was 12 at BCU. The worst thing yet is Hello Credit Union.

Flag Credit Union was a great place to do business before merging with Bay Credit Union. Now, having to deal with Bay Credit Union is very painful. They constantly nickel and dime their customers and could care less. Also they are rude and not at all helpful when dealing with them in anyway. Once again I find myself having to go in person to Flag Credit Union to straighten things out with my accounts.

Only banking institution I've ever been to where they charge you to cash one of their checks if not a member. The Mob runs a classier organization. Avoid at all costs. To your reply, the check was from your institution with your account. Horrible business model, I hope you fail and making it a priority in my life to make sure every prospective customer know this prior to walking into your organization! Name a bank or credit union that has this practice, I'll wait.

I have been struggling with getting all of my Mothers affairs in order for some time. We moved her to Alabama with us after Hurricane Michael so just running down to the bank to handle things was not an option. The one who changed everything for us was DONNA WILLIAMS!
She called me back as she said she would. I was told that several times before, but no calls were returned until Donna answered the phone.

The best Credit Union in the Panhandle is Bay CU /and Flag CU. You should always check with them before you finance anywhere else if you are looking for the best rates and friendly Lenders!
