I caution all people from buying from this company. My husband and I were very clear we were headed to Japan when we got this ring. Within a year and half the ring bent and lost three stones. I had all the regular cleaning and have had many peace’s of jewelry in my life. I’ve never had issues with any before like this. Customer service in store was hit or miss we talked to some nice ladies. However once my ring lost the second stone and we were on our way to Japan they made it clear the only option was for us to pay to ship it and they wouldn’t do anything if it got lost in the mail. A month later it lost the third stone. They lady I talked with ask what I had been doing because it’s not easy to lose stones. No one has tried to do anything outside of offering to fix it if we pay to send it in. Im not usually someone that goes out of my way to leave bad reviews. This is my engagement ring and no one in customer service cares to help. I’ve heard many people have issues with their customer service. Please please be care. The rings are pretty but if you have an issue you are on your owni. The first stone we were able to replace. It lost two more within two months of each other. They also charged close to 3000 in store the ring is selling for 1700 on line

Quality products, sold by quality individuals, just the way it should be, walked in the other day and got a nice watch for the low. Gentlemen named Steve helped me out, he was very polite, very serviceable, and honestly a pretty funny guy too, very well put together he was. They were able to adjust the wristband and made it fit mine accordingly. I was in and out within a timely manner and left with a smile on my face. Very happy and very satisfied. Highly highly recommend to anyone who is interested to walk in and check out the wide arrange of inventory they have. All around great customer service, and great products. Steve was great; My jewelry was cleaner than it had ever been. He was polite to us even though all we were doing is getting our jewelry clean he even offered me new backings for my earrings really great service!

Wow was the first word i could think of… what an exceptional job by Mayra and Ashley at Helzberg Diamonds in Wellington. I was looking for a particular ring that i could only find online. Online it would take 2-3 weeks to receive it. I came in to Helzberg with no expectations to find this ring and both Ashley and Mayra went way beyond to find it and make it happen. They called me just a few days later to pick up the ring! Amazing customer service! Thank you soooo much!

With out a doubt Jose is one of the kindest, respectful salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I take all my jewelry in every 6 months and get it cleaned and there's quite a bit and he always takes his time and checks all the diamonds and then cleans every piece like it was his own. He treats you like a friend as well as a customer with a smile and total respect.
