I caution all people from buying from this company. My husband and I were very clear we were headed to Japan when we got this ring. Within a year and half the ring bent and lost three stones. I had all the regular cleaning and have had many peace’s of jewelry in my life. I’ve never had issues with any before like this. Customer service in store was hit or miss we talked to some nice ladies. However once my ring lost the second stone and we were on our way to Japan they made it clear the only option was for us to pay to ship it and they wouldn’t do anything if it got lost in the mail. A month later it lost the third stone. They lady I talked with ask what I had been doing because it’s not easy to lose stones. No one has tried to do anything outside of offering to fix it if we pay to send it in. Im not usually someone that goes out of my way to leave bad reviews. This is my engagement ring and no one in customer service cares to help. I’ve heard many people have issues with their customer service. Please please be care. The rings are pretty but if you have an issue you are on your owni. The first stone we were able to replace. It lost two more within two months of each other. They also charged close to 3000 in store the ring is selling for 1700 on line

Holistic Review: Been part of the Helzenberg family for almost two years! We bought my engagement ring from them, my husband’s ring, and now we’ve upgraded my ring. We also go in every 6 months for our inspections. We’ve worked with Julie (when she worked there), Karen, Sophie, Janet, the other nice lady, and the car salesmen guy. We’ve just about worked with just about everyone at some point. Everyone is SO nice and their great customer service.

The most phenomenal experience I’ve had with them in the last few years was with Sophie! She is phenomenal! Please ask for her to help you out! She knows her stuff and is very resourceful! She pays attention to detail and helps you find exactly what you’d love. She’s not pushy and just wants what’s best for you, understanding that buying a ring is a big decision and you can tell she wants you to leave with something you love. She’s patient with great customer service! Not only did we get what we want working with her, but the experience was so much fun and so enjoyable!

My most rough experience (and I’ll talk about my best as well) was likely when Julie (who doesn’t work there currently, so no need to worry about this experience).

Outside of this experience, their team is solid. They get your jewelry back to you quickly when they send it to be customized or repaired. They have pretty solid prices, you just have to let them know exactly what you need (budget, specs). Their care plan is absolutely worth it, and you shouldn’t go without it. They do a deep cleaning of your ring and restore it like it’s new whenever you want.

We've owned our rings since '14. The lifetime warranty is worth it, if you're planning on buying a ring from Helzberg.

Melissa was very sweet and caring when we came in! She was patient thou my grandfather didn’t speak english and showed us everything we wanted to see. Very helpful helping us pick the perfect set for his fiancé and it was overall a great experience! Very welcoming and the jewelry is incredible!
