My girlfriend and I went to look for an initial letter necklace that we had hard time finding anywhere else in person. As we walked in we were greeted by the sweetest lady Angela. She walked us to couple of the options they had in store! She asked questions to help us narrow down exactly what we would like. She gave us ideas and helped guide us to the perfect necklace. She knows so much about jewelry too! And doesn’t just wanna sell to make commissions, but to have you leaving extremely happy. I absolutely love Helzberg and she made me love it even more. I will only be shopping with her every time I go from now on!

I stopped in Helzberg at Cordova Mall on a whim today and I was prompty and warmly greeted by Angela. She was very helpful in picking out a new ring that I absolutely adore and helping me find the correct size. The service was amazing and the warranty that comes with the ring gives me peace of mind.

I went to Helzberg Diamonds today as I’d lost the screw back to one of my diamond stud earrings. While there I looked at diamond earring studs in a larger carat weight. I was assisted by Carolyn and Heather. I could not have asked for better customer service! Not only did I purchase another set of diamond studs but they had a pair of backs that fit the studs I brought in.

My mother and I came in for a repair pick up, and inspections. We left with most of our Christmas shopping done! What a great surprise. The staff at Helzberg Diamonds in Cordova Mall, Pensacola are absolutely fantastic. I truly look forward to seeing them, especially Angela, when I come in for inspections. They make the experience so enjoyable! The jewelry is also exceptional. Definitely my go to jewelry store!
