6They're customer service is disgusting i was walking by heading to store an these 2 beautiful fur babies come walking out towards moonlake rd. And i tried getting the doggos back up to building so they didn't get into the street and dude comes out being all nasty and rude to me.if u act that way in front of your own place of buisness I can just imagine how they act inside people homes those babies walked out towards me i just was being nice an tried helping an the man that came out had the nastiest attitude and was so rude to me.i wouldn't recommend.he was telling me and my other half not to walk up.but what if i was a customer? And i was just trying to help.not to mention it looks like there living out of there buisness with car on blocks out front.just ridiculous definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy so sad honestly.i jus wanted to save the doggos
I was driving down Ridge Rd and all of a sudden a truck came flying up behind me within a few feet. He swerved around and cut me off. I saw that the front of the truck was pushed in and the rear window was smashed. This guy has issues. Would I call this company in New Port Richey for A/C or heating repair now? Nope.
We had a full system designed and installed, including new duct work, and they did an excellent job. Unfortunately I think they must be out of business now. Their phone is still on but they don't answer or return calls. They don't respond to emails or texts. I wanted to continue to use them for follow up maintenance but after months of no response from them I have to find a new vendor. This bums me out because they really did do a good job. I hope my warranty holds up.

Technicians do fantastic work and the prices are reasonable. Getting anyone to do a follow up call or set an appointment is a challenge.
