The doctor would not get on the phone if you have a question. The office staff is not helpful. They don’t return phone calls if they are asked to and also act as though they are doing you a favor by talking to you. If you have a concern or question about the medication that the dr. “thinks” you should go on, he will not get on the phone to discuss it after you leave the office. I was told that I would have to make another office appointment to talk to him. Really? His nurse basically told me to figure out what medication I want to take & call back because the meds he suggested were $1500 p/m! What kind of way is that to treat a patient that is a senior and is concerned for your health and these severe medication‘s? Terrible attitude and experience. The doctor has been around for many years, but as far as I’m concerned, feels superior to the patient. When you have diseases that need a little bit of attention the dr.you use should show a little empathy, especially if you’re a senior. The medication is strong and sometimes they need to take time out of their precious money making time to talk to you. I feel it’s all about the money. No compassion or empathy is shown in this office. Rude and obnoxious.

This doctor doesn't listen to his patients. I specifically told him I can't take anything other than armour thyroid and because he didn't believe in that he changed my medication causing me to gain 30 lbs and develop high cholesterol and High blood pressure.

He is closed minded and not up to date with new information for treating patients. And he is not opened to change his thinking.

I'm back on armour thyroid and thankfully heading back in the right direction.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Henriquez Fidel MD for several years now; I find him to be very thorough and accurate with my health situation. His staff is very polite and has always shown me the utmost respect.

Terrific Dr! Very professional, compassionate, takes all the time the patient needs.
I do not want to see any other doctor.

Dr. Henriquez is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and takes great care of me and cares about my health. His staff is great too! Always answering my calls and getting my medications out to me! Very nice office. Always helpful.
