Horrible customer service. You can NOT get a customer service representative on the phone and leaving auto generated complaints of my newspaper NOT being delivered falls on deaf ears.

Any other newspaper I’ve had if a newspaper was NOT delivered would drop off a newspaper at my door or call me back to discuss the situation. No one from customer service has called me back yet, it’s now 4: 40pm and the newspaper was never delivered at its usual time of 6am and no way to get a human being in Customer Service on the phone. All the recording states for my address is ‘we could not deliver your newspaper today’! Really! WHY NOT? YET they sure take my money every month by charging my credit card.

After a 23 year subscription, I dropped it. Too bad, will miss much, but $840 a year is too much!

Dont bother working at this place. I started missed one day they held my checl for a week 2nd week i didn't get paid they are making me wait another week cause they claim its an automatic system. Thats ilegal to hold someones check 2 times. It is not worth the money to deliver for them 350 to 400 a week for 7 days a week no days off unless you have a friend or family to do your route for you.thats not even including gas so you make less i invested 100 bucks for the week in gas and still have not got paid if i could figure a way out to get my check i would cause what they doing is ilegal

Although the cost of the newspaper continues to rise, the quality continues to go down. Employees/ contractors are treated as disposable.

Terrible place terrible service terrible people they dont answer your calls the ones in charge of making sure you got paid jannet and the one they call jay they ignore you they wont pick up the phone when money is owed they will just hang up the phone on you just to piss you off
