Completely unresponsive. I had to deal with Jamie Sapp and it was total nightmare. She never answers the phone. Do your job Jamie!

Part of an HOA community where we had only the Memorial Day weekend to make a decision to renew our insurance which was increased by over 300%, the agent said they did this and that, we were forced to renew and pay. A month later with other quotes from other places added 30X more insurance at the same price. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would never use them and I have multiple properties and work in that industry and know people, an embarrassment to have wasted 12 hours of my time and have to pay all that money because they are sub par

I have had my insurance with them for over six years. Asked them to get me a quote because my insurance went up. They were completely unresponsive after my initial contact and didn't respond to any emails.

Asked HWI for documentation needed to close on a refinance and HWI was zero help. Their lack of knowledge regarding litigation and inability to give me information for the litigation is quite concerning. The agent I spoke to was unwillingly to help myself or my lender contact information for the litigation. Also, stated that they’re basically not able to confirm that the insurance they provide to my association even covers the current litigation in question.

A very rude employee told me my service dog wasn't a service dog and asked me what my disability is. He demanded I leave the building. My service dog was quiet and did not do anything offensive.
