2 I would never do business with Nick Herbst again. Before you do, Google his name and have a look at his mug shot. This guy is a swindler. I bought a used trailer from him and drove all the way from Mobile Alabama to get it. I asked him before I left if there might be any surprises, he said no this is a good trailer. I asked if he would hook up and drive it across country and he said yes, tires armrest pretty new.
Every tire popped on my way. He said he’d make it right but now he’s ghosted me.
STAY AWAY! This man has no honor.
My husband and I live half a world away. We spent three days in Navarre and fell in love with the house which was still being built. The process went very quickly. We did not need to do much of anything in the process. It was all handle between our fantastic realtor, Herbst Homes and the title company. The house was built with the best quality materials. We are very happy and would recommend homes built by Herbst Homes to anyone.
