Heritage Cove, Stuart FL

We are truly pleased with our experience at Heritage Cove! It’s a perfect location and we love the amenities. The entire staff is top notch! Huge shout out to Ashley, Paige, and the maintenance team for always taking care of us.

I’ve lived at Heritage Cove for almost three years now. Although I’ve had a few minor issues with things over the years, they were always addressed and overall my stay has been very comfortable. The apartment was really nice, and the pool is definitely the best looking pool in the area with the way the large palm trees are designed. I want to call special attention to the manager Paige who went above and beyond to assist my friend recently, by adding her to my lease in a timely manner—which in turn helped her be able to spend more valuable time with her son. It’s rare you find a manager with that level of compassion and caring to go the extra mile for someone!

I was only visiting. The apartment looked pretty nice, but the counters are cheap formica that appear to be stone. The main bathroom is nicely sized (no tub though) and the place seems to be a great setup for a roommate situation. The kitchen, living, and dining room are very well lit. There is a heated pool with a nice barbecue area and a covered pavilion with seating that is shaded.

Have been residing in heritage cove for 3 years now. Everyone at the office has always been very kind, professional and helpful. All the maintenance crew as well too whenever there has been an issues in our apartment. We love the community as well they have monthly food trucks, the pool, the gym, the club, dog park and tennis courts. My fave part is the pool and jacuzzi area, a lot of pools are cold but ours is kept clean and a decent temp. The lake it beautiful too and all the animals there we get to see. We feel safe and home here in this community.

I Moved in Jan 14 2023. I Can't be happier. Thank you sooo much to Paige and Jeff in the office for a quick approval and very easy move in process.
I came from Ft Lauderdale for work and after looking at many places from here to there, and being very disappointed, I wish I had found this place first.
I love my apartment and I especially love the quiet safe area. My apartment is modern, with updated appliances and very comfortable at a decent price considering the housing market today.
My laundry door was off the track and less than 24 hours of my online maintenance request, the door was fixed. Thank you maintenance staff.

Used to be luxury.now just existing. Definitely not what I signed up for.
