Ordered a Fuel Pressure Regulator for a 1993 Geo Tracker. Contacted them via the chat because I am from Canada and was wondering why shipping was so expensive. They fixed the issue and sent me my part for under $20 in shipping charges to Vancouver, BC Canada. Very good customer service and shipping was about a week in a half to me so pretty quick (they shipped out next day after talking to them). Not sure why the low reviews, I can reassure you these guys are great to deal with and have the best pricing on parts. Thank you.

They take your money really fast. They deliver very slow, that is what I read on the reviews. I ordered and paid on July 12th. The USPS label was created on July 12th. Today is July 22nd. I still have not received my part. Even worst, I have contacted USPS a few times, they have not received the package. I have called their customer service twice, and their polite customer service asked me to wait till next Monday, July 26th and if I have not received it by then, i should give them a call. No big deal!

Ordered online and was told my item would arrive on a certain day and now a week later they change the arrival date. I'm in Missouri and they are in florida and it has been 7 days now saying it will be 10-11 days now. How hard is it to get a part from Florida to missouri honestly

Sells fuel pumps on eBay claiming them to be OEM and they’re not.
I ordered a Nissan pump and matched it up to one at local Nissan dealer and was determined to NOT be OEM.
Ordering from this company thinking I was getting OEM put an over a week hold on my project cause as stated, it wasn’t OEM.
DI NOT RECOMMENDED!

Bought a fuel pump on Amazon. Yeah I know.thru AD Auto Parts. Arrived in a box with HERKO name on it. Opened box and it is a white topped pump assembly. I need a green top for FLEX fuel. The picture when ordered had a green top. Called them to see if they could tell me if they use white tops where there should be green ones. Was told I had to call AD Auto Parts. Yeah okay no number listed for them. After reading reviews.will see IF it even works and for how long. YOU made the product give some support. OR take your name off the stuff. Pic are original green top the new one last the picture of what I ordered.
