Great service. They will definitely be my go-to plumbers for any future issues or projects. The technician identified the issue (without even having to cut into any walls), talked to me about why the issue was happening, explained in detail how they were going to fix it, and any other issues that needed to be addressed. Very affordable, too!

Our plumber from Hernandez Plumbing was Jeovani. Should we need a plumber in the future we will request…no demand Jeovani. We have used Hernandez in the past for general plumbing repairs and restoration work. We have always been pleased with the professional way they conduct business but this experience was absolutely the best.
Hernandez Plumbing was not the least expensive option for us but the quality of their staff and work product was the deciding factor in all of our experiences. We don’t feel they tried to sell us on unnecessary options/services. They have earned our trust and our future business.

Great experience with Yovani. He quickly identified the issue with our garbage disposal and we had it up and running in less than an hour with no mess at all.

Hernandez Plumbing did a great job replacing my old water heater. They were very professional and did great quality work! The final outcome looked better than my original setup. They added a separate shut off valve so to not have to shut down the whole system. They configured everything to add safety & efficiency to the system!

Yolanda & Lewis were my two plumbers who did an awesome & thorough job! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. 5 Star Job!

I waited for the technician to show up never did. It ends up they went to the wrong address. I asked why didn't they call me the operator said they did which was a lie. I was anxiously waiting on them. Wrong address and wrong phone number not likely!

I had a really great experience with Hernandez Plumbing. They were efficient, prompt, and very accommodating & knowledgeable. I had the pleasure to have Anthony work on my request and he was just awesome and would definitely have them again. 10/10 recommend.

I see a lot of positive reviews and I wish that were my experience. In my experience Hernandez Plumbing is over priced and not transparent about their pricing. In addition, it seems they inflate their estimates to cover their 'promise' to credit their hefty assessment fee.

I requested a quote for an angle stop replacement to connect an icemaker and a garbage disposal check. I was told that it would be $150 for them to come assess and quote the work needed to be done, but they told me the $150 would be credited in the quote against the price of the work - I even clarified with the person scheduling that the credit would be applied if they needed to come back to do the work.

After a 20 min assessment, they told me the garbage disposal was a safety hazard and needed to be replaced immediately. I asked for a quote and they would send a quote after I paid the assessment. Once paid, they sent me a quote a few hours later.
They quoted the garbage disposal for $591 and $280 for the angle stop.

I felt the quote was very high and requested details about the parts and labor required to do the work so that I could understand why it was so high.no response.

I called and emailed a few times and still recieved no response.

After 2 days, since it was flagged as a safety issue, I ended up having another provider supply and install the garbage disposal for $300. The provider also mentioned to me that the $591 quote was absurd.

I still wanted to see if I could salvage the $150 paid for the assessment, so I continued to follow up for a quote for only the angle stop. They replied to me after a week with an updated quote of $491 (75% more than the original $280)! Still no explanation of the work required and no explanation was given for the price change.
Definitely bad business on their part.

My husband and I needed out water heater and our hot and cold valves for the washer moved in our laundry room. Zamir worked with us throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. We even got a visit from Alex to inspect some mold we had growing in the wall. The office followed up with us to make the appointment and basically it was smooth sailing. I highly recommend this company!

Got the job done but left me with a rumbling noise coming from the pipes and did not want to take responsibility for it he said it was air in the pipes it’s been 5 months and the noise is still there, he told me to find a plumber!

Ridiculous pricing - almost $700 to just lift the toilet and replace a wax seal. Also they take days to show up - they tell you they will be stop by today and then call last minute to reschedule. Do not waste your time with this company.

Tech showed up on time, was very courteous and did a great job at a reasonable price. This is the second time I've used Hernandez Plumbing.

These guys are good, quick, and professional. Any job big or small they are the right guys for you!

Very professional and efficient. They got the permit quickly, did the work and closed it out all within a few days. A+
