Hernando County Drivers License, Spring Hill FL

I can’t complaint enough. I went today to make a question about a written driver test. More than one person provided to me the same answer’ Return with the paper work and we will do the test’. 10 minutes later we were at the office with a very rude man assisting us with the paperwork. He told us wait a minute. He consulted with another super extremely rude man with glasses that was sitting in the back. They told us we can’t do the test there because my niece is not a US Citizen. I told him what I was told just 10 min before and he said they were wrong. I went to the person who first provided the wrong information and she lied, in front of my face she lied and told I never mentioned the person was not a citizen. Ma’am from the more than 10 questions you did to me that was not one of them. I’m a proud USA Citizen and it is more than disrespectful with any customer to be dishonest, rude. You should take responsibility on your actions because there are affecting our time and more than anything it’s sad to be treated as stupid. The rude man with glasses say it was wrong what they told you and he gave me his back. If I have that behavior at work I got fired. To get a driver license at this moment is long lines, days off from work and a lot of paperwork. A little of consideration, good manners, responsibility over the bad response will be much appreciated because we all are customers in some point. Rude and Unprofessional Place!

They ate very professional and courteous, the security officer (Randy) is very nice and helped me when I didn’t know what to do, he is excellent. Im from NJ and NJ should learn how to run a DMV like this one!

It's like stepping backwards in time to when covid was here.very long lines outside only let a few people in at one time.not the best experience

I got there early had to stand outside for about 5 minutes as the DMV is very small and not a lot of room inside but the line went quickly and I was in and out of there and under 40 minutes

I normally have the worst experiences at the DMV, but this time was different. I needed to switch my Illinois license to Florida and Rhonda was a great help. 100% recommend this location.

I’ve been up here 4 times with a fully filled out title and then got a bill of sale fully filled out and they still aren’t competent enough to do their job. If you want to actually get stuff done go to another branch.

The Driver Instructor named George was very kind during my drivers test. He does a very good job at making the driver feel comfortable during the test, which helps get rid of the nerves. Everyone at this DMV was very kind while I was there.

In and out of there in less than an hour with no appointment. Fastest service ever at a DMV. I previously lived in Orlando and would spend hours at the office getting something done.

Lines were very short but I did go between 3-4 and they close at 4 pm. So that might explain that.

Driver instructor that works afternoons is very unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t treat people with respect.

It was great, the young lady that helped me was very nice, efficient and it was a pleasant experience.

They make it so unnecessarily hard to pass the drivers test. You’d think with these standards Hernando county roads would be a lot safer…
Also, this being the only place that does the drivers test is very inconvenient.: (

We always have had great service when renewing tags etc. Employees are very friendly fast and helpful.
