I moved to Jax from Atlanta, leaving behind excellent service at RBM. The dealers here aren’t as good. A friend recommended Herndon’s and they are fantastic. Factory trained, fully equipped and above all honest.

I have 3 Mercedes and they service then all. Finding an honest and good mechanic when you move is as important finding a doctor and dentist. If you have a MB, look no further.

Was greeted and welcomed to the facility. Tom was my service writer and got my car in and on the lift in less than a half hour. Problem was diagnosed and parts and costs were given. Will go back in 48 hours after parts arrive and have repairs made. After safety inspection and COVID wipe down by Kriss I was on my way. Very professional and fair pricing!

They stole the engine builders plate off my M156 E63, and filled my cooling system with some green coolant - not the correct blue coolant for a total saving of less than $10. Also they charged ~$800 to put a new serpentine belt on my car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. FYI I changed a serpentine belt myself for <$30 and one hour, and I'm an accountant! (Chartered by her majesty, the queen, but not a full time mechanic!)

I have been going to Herndon's for years to service my car - they are the best They do excellent work and are very honest about parts and labor costs. I won't take my car anywhere else!

My daughter takes her Mercedes there, less expensive then dealership, they service Mercedes, good mechanics

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was a faithful customer until I was refused service and was told from the “owner” that they “refuse to service my car and I should seek somewhere else” after they did not want to correct a problem in which occurred shortly after they serviced my car, which left me paying hundreds of dollars elsewhere! Never have I felt more insulted as a paying customer! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor give them a dime EVER! This has been the worst and the last experience I have had with this company!

Very caring, sensible, affordable. They would give very detail diagnosis and would charge very reasonably. They provide very gentle advise and don't push on things. The owner is very professional.

I call request a price for a transmission service. First the lady who answered didn't know that AMG is Mercedes, second she ask for my number cause she couldn't give me price for transmission service. When I told if can call back she hung up on me. If that is how the treat future customer I definitely will not be going there

Great people. Greater service. These people took care of me expeditiously. And the price they charged me was surprisingly low. They are going to be my mechanics forever!

Outstanding Service! I dropped off my C250 for service. Tom was excellent. He was kind, thorough and straight forward. When I picked it up, Chris went over everything they found and was great at answering any questions. An incredible experience. Highly recommend for your M-B needs!

Herndon's automotive is great. They get 5 starts all the way. We have both our Mercedes Benz serviced there. Mrs. Herndon does a great job and runs a tight ship. They are real professionals. Stay away from the MB dealerships. Their service is not worth the free coffee. If you drive later model MB's, Herndon's is the best solution for thoughful and professional MB service.

Amazing, high quality service! They go above and beyond! I needed a part that was going to take a month to get. They called around to their contacts and were able to get the part in less than a week when most places would've just waited. Being I have an older model diesel, they still took the time and care they would've with any other car. You can tell when you speak with them that they care and are passionate about what they do. Not to mention, they aren't gonna beat you in the head with the price. They are extremely reasonable.

Always the best service! They are super nice and helpful. Always take the time to answer any questions you have without the feeling of being rushed. All around excellent. I would never take Mercedes to any other place.

All I wanted was a Tire Rotation and the lady tells me they don't work on Buicks cause they're too busy! It's a Tire Rotation! You take the tires off, switch them and put them back on! How hard is that on Any vehicle!

The owner is very rude. The way she talked to me was very uncalled for and I hope she really do not treat potential customers like that in the future.

These are the greatest people I know, automotively speaking. They were referred to me by a friend when I purchased my first Mercedes. The are honest and straightforward - I have recommended them to so many people since I entrusted them with the care of my car.

I had been to many Mercedes repair services in IL, FL, GA but this is the best of all. They are honest, they tell the truth about your car and they do job that really needs to be done to keep car on the road. They do not tag on other items like typical repair service people.
