Herrmanns' Royal Lipizzan Stallions reviews
13These people abuse their horses. If you watch the video demos of these people riding especially the owner, they beat their horses and always use direct contact with the whips. This is not how classical dressage works. The horses always look confused because the riders including the owner are not giving them correct cues. This place needs to be shut down for the horses welfare. It is incredibly sad how these beautiful animals are being treated by these horrible individuals. I fear seeing these horses in person because seeing the fear in their eyes in the videos was just disgusting. As a horse lover and owner I am disappointed you guys even call yourselves horseman. Real horsemen do not act or treat their horses like this. A whip is a tool to give shown cues it is never supposed to make contact with the horse under any circumstance!
What a nice treasure and interesting history to have in our community! Everyone was so friendly and nice and my 1.5 year old loved seeing and even getting to pet the horses in the barn.
Always enjoy this place. Took 2 friends who had never been and they enjoyed the family experience.
A sweet surprise from my husband for my birthday! It is an excellent family-friendly place! The interactions with the horses and the show made my day!
We thought we were going to see a dress rehearsal - with all the flowing costumes that accompanies a horse show- but we were pretty disappointed. The lady who owned the horse farm was pretty much the show- demonstrating her different Lippizan horses and their talents. She spoke quite a bit about the history of the Lippizans which was quite interesting but not enough of a horse show. Since the hirses no longer perform shows, I didn’t consider these shows to be dress rehearsals. I felt there was a lot more that could have been added.
Great experience watching those majestic animals perform and hearing about the history of the breed
If you know about horses or ride, you will be disappointed. There is a lot more talking than riding and the riding and presentations are only fair. This facility could be so much more with minimal work.
I am sorry to say the show wasn't nearly what I was expecting. I have seen other lippizan performances, and this was a disappointment
3yo loved seeing the horses and interacting in the barn, but was a little too young for truly enjoying the show
Thank you for an amazing experience, being able to visit the horses in the stables was a bonus! Thank you for taking such great care of these incredible horses. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute
We absolutely enjoyed the show. I'm so glad we were able to go while visiting Bradenton.
We brought my 6 & 3 year old to see the show & they loved it! We got here when the gates opened at 2 to see the horses & walk around. The show started at 3 & lasted till 5. It was very much worth it in my opinion, just to see the smiles & wow faces on my girls.
Took grandkids, and they had an excellent time. They had a small confessions stand to take care of ykur needs. Exellent time to spend with kids for a few hours.
